With no RP interaction whatsoever I was standing in the middle of the street when out of nowhere someone from the rooftop of the bank and surrounding buildings shot me dead. The reported party has already been permanently banned for Deathmatch. He was caught doing the same thing done to you but with other players and was punished accordingly.
