New Life Rule (NLR)

The new life rule is triggered whenever a player’s character spawns at a hospital. Players cannot force their own death.

The deceased character loses memory of their death, the events that caused it and the information collected in that time frame. 

Example: A player is killed in a robbery. The player’s knowledge of the robbery, the robber and their death is not usable by the player in their new life.

All parties involved must avoid interaction with each other for 30 minutes. A player must not return to the area of their death for that time frame or attempt to retrieve lost possessions from involved players. An exception is made for government faction members who may provide a faction duty service, though their memory being lost and inability to retrieve assets still apply.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

Its possible to see body of id 48 on the ground on the start of the video, after that id 48 appear driving a car with id 92 for steal my stuff. When around 10 min i killed id 48 just there. its possible to see the body on the ground. its supossed he dont have any interaction on that zone in 30 minutes.

Mate i was asked to come there as a driver. Also there was no way to actually like deny him his request as i cant ur ooc reason as ic reason. Moreover can u please give themn the rest of the footage after that because i left imidiatelly after u stopped the clip

Hello bill zachos here. So I was at pillbox parking lot in that baller when a friend came over to ask me for a ride and a favor. The favor was that something had gone down at butcher and he wanted me to take him there. Around 25-30 minutes i had died at butcher so i didnt say anything to him as i didnt know icly. When we arrived there i acted like i didnt know nothing wihich i did not icly. What the reporting party fails to adress is the fact that 10 seconds after the video ends after me roaming around for 5 seconds i notice that half an hour hasnt passed yet as my body hasnr despawned yet  and also i look at chat whwre reporting party says that i break nlr so i leave with the intention of "checking the perimeter of the building"  in which case i just drove off

Let me copy the rule from the rule book:

You knew the place of your death, but you still chose to comeback to the scene even if your friends asked you. You could've told them OOCly that you died in that scene and you can't comeback due to you dying in that scene just minutes ago. Therefore:
