NoyStaLgiA
Player(s) being reported: ID 61 Date of interaction reported: 10/09/19 Unix time stamp from HUD: 74 | 1568073719 Your characters name: Ryan Charles. Other player(s) involved: Carl Thisthon, Rocky Rodriguez, Gary Weston, 85, 58, Lex Roth, 17, 183, Steven Brown, Conall Telford, Howard Cartney, Jack Mickelson, Max Russ, Sam Grey, 159 and Benjamin Ceez. Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. • Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. How did the player break the rule(s)? FearRP - ID 61 never stopped his bike when was under FearRP while guns were aimed at him. Non-RP - ID 61 was speeding up the stairs using the bike, some guys already followed him up, aiming at him upstairs so he rushed downstairs again using the bike knowing that there are people running after him which leading to the third rule break. VDM - Knowing people might be on the stairs running aftere him, and out of my curiosity of the shots that got fired, I followed everyone else to check out what happened, and that guy just drove full speed down the stairs, running me over (which could've been anyone else there). and he should've knew it might happen and it was leading to getting me injured. Evidence of rule breach: My point of view: https://streamable.com/itouh Jack Mickelson's point of view for the VDM part, he left the bike just after he realized he can't run away, he still ignored the previous guns that were pointed at him. Dreamz
Yeah ID 61 here, this all started when my friend needed some money on a repair for his bike nothing else. So my buddy let me take that bike to go get the cash, no biggy right? Well then when I return all sudden tow trucks were blocking entrances and some dude from behind runs with a gun pointed at me so I take off. Fear - RP - I was driving the bike with one person behind me with a gun and then another pointing it as I went off the stairs. I do not see how this successfully goes into Fear RP until I go down the stairs and officers and more men have guns pointed. Also the two people who did point guns *neither of them were you shall I note* still shouldn't put me in Fear RP as my bike wasn't stalled and I was in motion driving the bike. Non RP - I was not going "full speed" but I did go up stairs and down the stairs with the bike yes... Also when going down the stairs it was not clear or visible anyone followed until I went to go down the stairs as I can't look behind and in front of me at the same time. I would say I went at a speed was reasonable but then wasn't stoppable or realistic to stop at going down like 10 feet of stairs. (never stunt jumped just drove down.) VDM - Once again stated above I had no way of stopping... The situation never made much sense and you coming up the stairs as i went down was extremely bad timing. (I in no way had intent to run him over or had the idea of doing so.) ( You can clearly see in his footage he walks into my bike as im going straight down the stairs.) (to add onto the Fear RP side that is exactly why i stopped as soon as i was off the stairs... There was no intention for you to get hit and there were to many people for me to leave.) I find this situation to be one of those accidental fuck ups and bad timing. Mostly all of it wasn't intentional and I wasn't ever actually in the situation. I never threatened them or had intent of hurting them. I simply came to give one grand to the guy who needed it to leave. I find the police and the tow trucks were probably unneeded and sparked a ridiculous situation. (In the end I did my time and this situation was unfortunate for all involved.) (Keep in mind One of the LSC guys who did point his gun was behind me 80% of the time and I in no way had a realistic view of him until I went down the stairs saw a officer and could not stop till I was off the stairs.) ( Also no commands were ever really made till I went down the stairs, just a bunch of guns being pointed.) To conclude my response to me it's clear that I never had intent or used my vehicle to death match it was just a accident and I was charged IC for the crime committed. NoyStaLgiA
It all happened because your friend started this mess and threatened to call "his friends" to help him against us or something. That's why we called the cops and that's why it all happened. Either way if you're in the right or in the wrong, I think it's better to let staff handle it before it'll become into argument. MrSilky
PLAYER REPORT DENIED Thank you for your patience while this report was under review. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I have decided to deny this report for the following reason(s): I'm confused as to why this report was made. As per the report guidelines, "Please do not take reporting another player lightly and reserve player reports for situations that have caused severe loss or were abused for benefit". This was very clearly a mistake when the ID 61 was attempting to evade the police. There was no possible way whatsoever he could have avoided you. This decision is final. Unless instructed to, if you post another player report pertaining to this incident, you may be muted from posting on the forums for a temporary period. If you disagree with the outcome of this report, please file an appeal following the appeal guidelines and format.
