How did the player break the rule(s)?

Not reporting ID 158 for DM since a didnt lose anything. But reporting ID 116 for VDM because I tried to tell him what he did wrong over PM but he didnt understand what he did wrong so Im taking it to forum.

So at 0:28 ID 116 attempted to ram me off the bike 2 times.  Then at 2:35 he tried to ram me again,then 2:55 he again tried to ram me 3 times.

1min before this he just said he want to kill me and all my members and all my friends he wanted 20K to let me free.
He got an AK and he just shoot my friends so i tried to defend my self. ( before he kill Atlas he killed already one other) 
So you can see i tried One times to run him over with the truck and other times i tried to talk to him , i dont understand why he report me for DEATHMATCH because initiation was initiated.

This guy need to be banned for hiding the proof of initiation i will upload right now, i know he was going to make report so  i take movie with shadow play , lot of players are strange and people dsnt understand we are all here for play and make fun. 

He probably make a mistake and forget to upload 46 Seconde this happend right ? So we are banning people because some people are making report for the part they want to make and people are banned for no reason because THEY DSNT HAVE THE PROOF OF INITIATION ? COME ON ADMIN CHANGE THIS PLEASE

First times i use my vehicles against him is at 2minutes58  and you can hear i'm trying to talk to him at 1min12 to 1min 16 and 1min 18 to 1min 20  i ask " ARE YOU TONY from TRIADS " ?

I dont have the part where he shoot and killed one of my other friends and in poolsfarm he said he was going to kill all my members and all my friends and he actually right here said pay me 20K , so we understand , PAY 20K or die . 
My Movie finish where his movie start nice trying to hide evidence, i'm realy sorry if i dont have more from what happend 1 min early he actually did alot i can check if i got pictures from what he said, (actualy afther research that's all i got think realy good again for what u can do Admin i already get banned for something similar of this for DM for no reason when it was same situation for a movie like 20SC )

0:30 you tried to ram me off my bike 2 times and you failed. Then after I killed your friend you tried to ram me again multiple times.

Only 1 times i ram you over other was Desync and you dont see i was trying to talk to you but you ignore everything dsnt roleplaying at all with your super bike and your AK just going for kill people and ASKING 20K for let them free **** ok man thank you for this awesome roleplay love it
