I was Asking help inside LSPD for my car, afther going Jail for OOC and he told me JUN TOMO we have charge against you , put your hands up i said how you know my name and wich charge ? He dsnt told me wich charge ( i speak with admin and he said to continue RP) i did it then when we go inside LSPD he just told me i got Pistol and charge me ILLEGAL FIREARM POSSESSION . How he can see through my shirt my pistol ? THANK YOU if i'm right i want my illegal firearm possession getting deleted thank you. I got in this situation afther somoene Broke FEAR RP and this is approved by Admin. I think he used this against me because he is part of gang (OUTCAST) and want me to go jail because he have something against me ! We don't rob farmers. Its in our rules. You say we rob farmers. Now youre saying that we had something to do with your arrest??? Police can not be members of a gang. We dont have any policemen in our gang. We are not relaying info OOCly to cops. You had a gun on you. You didnt have a license for it... So please tell me how, are we to blame? You came in to the police department to report your car stolen which if you rewind 5 minutes in your footage you would be able to see. An officer told me to check the warrant list to see if your name was on it and it was, for a reckless operation charge so in which I'm pretty sure I told you about just before your recording starts and you reacted by running out of the police department and being chased down by me and my fellow officer. I then cuffed you and took you into mission row in which I RP'd patting you down in which I found a pistol through /frisk. You did not have a license for that firearm so therefore I added the charge carrying an unlicensed firearm. I don't know why you chose to report this as the admin said, it is an IC issue. You got 40 minutes in jail, 30 mins for the unlicensed firearm that I added at that time and 10 minutes for the previous reckless operation that was from the speed camera. We have decided to deny the report for the following reasons: You cannot RP hiding a weapon that is script wise meant to be shown over your clothes. Also the pistol was quite literally sticking threw your jacket. The pistol you were carrying is a %0 caliber Desert Eagle. You cannot simply "hide that in your shirt." It would be power gaming to let people RP hiding weapons under shirts when the script was made to show pistols at all times when on body. If we let people do that then everyone would be "hiding the pistol under their shirt." This decision is final. Unless instructed too, if you post another report pertaining to this incident you shall receive forum warning points and a mute from posting on the forums. Not happy with the outcome, Or got questions? Post a forum private message towards the admin handling this case to talk about it a bit further.
