• Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason.

• Examples of valid reasons to attack another player:

• If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property.

• If they report you to the police for a serious crime.

• If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules.

• A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands.

• A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands.

• If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s).

• Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt.

• Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed.

• Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of:

  1.  Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.)

  2.   Someone is attempting to take your life.

  3.   Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen.

• You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

Wrecked my car during a car chase and got out and ran. While running the only thing that was said to me was stop running and then I was hit by a guy on a motor cycle which knocked me down and allowed the people to catch me and rob me

ID 10 here can you add the minute before it happen? I gave you demand multiple time. You stole one of our guy contender and were chopping it. What did you expect? You can clearly hear me saying hands up and you didn’t even stop running. You were supposed to be under fearRP since you were on foot. And can you include the 2-3 minutes after this and show the second fearRP when you jump in my car?

Sure no problem... you will see I started the clip when I wrecked the car all the way through until I get hit and you will see I heard absolutely nothing except stop right there which doesn’t start fearrp. As for the other part where you said I stole the car and should have been in fear rp you can report that yourself but you will see everyone turned their back to me and put their guns done this ending fear rp and there was an unlocked car running in front of me which was the fastest way out of the situation for me. But for the clip you asked for here you go.

ID 30 Here, Firstly that contender you were in was not yours, it was stolen from one of my allies which you were attempting to chop until we rolled up on you at the chop location. There were two of my buddies that were chasing you with their guns out telling you to stop and put your hands up, after allowing them to make their demands and you not complying to the FearRP I went ahead and tagged you with my motorcycle.

After reviewing this report with @Serthon we have come to the following conclusion; 

Nessie_Loch (ID 30) will receive a warning about Deathmathing (VDM), as you can see in the video up above the reporting party could not hear any of the demands you were making with the exception of one faint "stop". It is up to you to make sure the person you are engaging in roleplay with can hear your demands. He was not under fear-rp and proceeded to ram him with your motorcycle (which could be considered Non-RP). Please re-read the rules again before playing.
