● Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life.
● Examples, where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger:
• When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range.
• When the engine of your vehicle is stalled and a weapon is aimed at you at close range.
• When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger.
• Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend,
fleeing with it, or using it as cover.
● Examples, where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger:
• When you are in a vehicle which engine is not stalled.
• When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked.
• When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

We were standing around at the Zeta store when all of a sudden a guy runs over to us and starts yelling "yeah" every time we're trying to talk. He clearly was not here to roleplay, just to disrupt our roleplay experiences. We then got him under gunpoint as we were going to rob him for being annoying. He then runs away and hops on his friends bike, to which he had no communication with whatsoever. I would ask if the person handling this report could check logs for any kind of PMs he was sending at this point, as he did not use his radio at any given time.
