Non-Roleplay (NRP)

• Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.

• Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay:

• Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason.

• Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching).

• Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles.

• Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water.

• Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase.

• Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof.

• In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. 

• Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do.

• In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave.
  
  How did the player break the rule(s)? The players repeatedly used there expensive sports car to try block me in or tip me by ramming under side of my contender which is very non rp considering the size of my vehicle next to there vehicle. 

• Also im not reporting 133 but on what planet did he think he had a right to shoot at 9 seconds into the video

ID 67 here! To be honest I have little understanding what are you exactly reporting all of us for as all we did was to try to box you in. At no point in that scenario there was any attempt to actually ram you off the road or to stall your vehicle. You can even hear me saying over the radio to everyone to not shoot, try to block. It would be way esier to comment on the the scenario if you could pin point the exact moments that you believe we broke server rules by actually purposly ramming you.

I did not ram you unrealistically in the encounter.
If you refer to my POV recording 0:09 you can see our only contact where I could not anticipate your rapid direction changes.

ID 133 was in my car at all times and did not fire any shots..

You guys should be making no contact with your elegys especially when the car your trying to box is a contender at what point is it realistic to even try to box a car that can drive over you the only possible way you could of stopped my car is by ramming till my engine stopped its a a completely non rp chase. I do realise 133 didn't shoot but he shouldn't even be thinking he can in that situation.

Okey, good, we have dealth with the fact that ID 133 did not shoot at you.

Now to the original report. Like I said, it would be nice if you could tell us where exactly did we intentionally rammed you to get you off the road or to stall your vehicle? In reality I could try to block you in with a bike if I would like to try. It has nothing to do with Non-rp. With your Contender you could go over police cars as well, but they still will try to box you in with normal patrols cars. There is really no point of talking about stuff that has no value to this report. So please stay on top of your charges against all of us and talk striclty about that.

Let's try again. You're saying in this report that we did ram you. I mean we can see you ramming us and sending our cars to fly like no ones business, but I would like to be able to disect your video and talk about specific moments in it, where you believe we broke server rules. So yeah, I would appreciate you to show us/me what I am asking so we can move this report further and make it easier for admin to make his decision.

After discussing this report with @Serthon we have come to the following conclusion; 

 

We have decided to give you the benefit of the doubt and not punish any of you but the roleplay here is certainly poor. Please refrain from break checking vehicles that are much larger than youre own. As well as be careful when trying to "box" people in, so that it is not misconstrued as ramming.
