How did the player break the rule(s)?

ID 142 attempted to steal a cruiser during an active scene, i ran towards the player wielding my Pistol .50. (The engine of the cruiser was switched off) I gave him demands and he continued to run away.

Thank you for creating this player report. The following people will be tagged/notified to give their side of the story within the next 24 hours: Oily_Kale please explain to me the following: Why you feel its realistic to run into an active crime scene involving police and attempting to steal a cruiser, and then explain to me why you did not fear for your life when you had a .50 pistol aimed point blank at your head and ignored demands. You also ignored demands when you were on the bike as well. Player will be notified in game. What happens if the person does not respond? We will review the evidence again and provide our conclusion.  What might help my case? Posting evidence of your own POV is always a very handy tool. If you don't have any evidence at your disposal, the best you can do is tell the story in full detail on how it happened on your side. Be honest and do not lie in your reply. Regards, Mickeyyy

 Sorry, I thought it was acceptable because there was so many people running in the crime zone and looting bodies so I decided to try and get a police cruiser for a laugh I did ask an admin if I could take it and he said yes. As for fear rp that is totally my fault I honestly thought it was a taser I should of paid more attention I was just so focused and rushed about getting away. 

I understand that this is my fault again but I honestly did think it was a taser.
