• Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

I was on there radio frequency for a while now, And we were at the shop so we decided to tax them,

And he was relaying all information trough discord or something else as you can clearly see there was no phone calls made by him, no texts send, Not even speaking over the radio

And you can clearly here ID 28 Say : Nile isn't going to say this out loud as they're right next to him. 

Evidence of rule breach:

at 0:16 is where ID 28 Starts talking but watch from the beginning.

Hi, I am ID 28 in this situation. I guess you didn't see it, but he did send a text. This is all the proof you need. Here is a screenshot of my phone with the text from the player. Admins can check the logs too to see when he sent it. No meta gaming what so ever.

I can say the same thing about player 32 as well. He didnt have his phone out, he wasnt talking on the radio the whole time in the video, so how does he knwo that you need to call someone and help them out hm?? Just because you dont see something happen doesnt mean it isnt there.

PS : I can upload more footage of us watching the guy at chopshop not once did he pull out a phone or sent a message.

I mean come on, seriously? I cant record the entire time I am in the city. The admims can check that the text was sent at the time shown in your video. I'm not going to record or save footage every time i get a text. Like I said. Your friend wasnt on the phone. Or on his radio either. How did he know who you had to text or call? 

I have sent in the proof that Nile (ID 144) sent me a text. The admins WILL verify with you that it was sent at the time I said it in your video. 

What do I have to gain, and why would I lie?

Hello, after discussing this report with @Meggs_56, we have come to the following conclusion; 

ID 99 and ID 24 will not receive punishments as no rules were broken, the text was sent a minute before the time on your Unix code.
