9. Metagaming (MG)

Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. 

Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head.

12. New Life Rule (NLR)

The new life rule is triggered whenever a player’s character spawns at a hospital. Players cannot force their own death.

The deceased character loses memory of their death, the events that caused it and the information collected in that time frame. 

Example: A player is killed in a robbery. The player’s knowledge of the robbery, the robber and their death is not usable by the player in their new life.

All parties involved must avoid interaction with each other for 30 minutes. A player must not return to the area of their death for that time frame or attempt to retrieve lost possessions from involved players. An exception is made for government faction members who may provide a faction duty service, though their memory being lost and inability to retrieve assets still apply.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

ID 3, and ID 143, were both killed after an Incident/Gang Fight shown here in the footage we clearly killed them both. About 45 minutes after this situation passes they end up finding us at a home we were planning on storing items. They come straight to the door of the building telling each other "Yeah top story building they should be here" now considering that it could have been 45 minutes NLR doesn't apply to much other than the fact they came straight to the house we were at and where our cars were sitting out front of the building. I think since they died they should've never been able to find the building we went to realistically and using information from a past life to come back for revenge from what they lost. If they truly are RPing forgetting about us, why did they put in so much effort to find us and break into our apartment? Our apartment isn't in a central location where they can just happen to see yellow vehicles parked there. Also they could have started hunting for us before the 30 minutes have passed. It was about 5 minutes between us hearing voices outside and them coming in to kill us. Keep in mind ID 74 was also streaming and thinks its very well a possibility his stream was used to come exactly where we were. OOC'ly it seems they may of had a grudge towards all of us. I'm really interested to see the others POV and explanation as this situation does not add up very well.

We lost plenty of Ak's, Smg's, Pistols, and their belongings that was stored within the building of this odd incident.

Hello, Id 143 here, I would like to clearly state that we were in no way metagaming at all, we went out to hit labs and were using radio's and we were in the same car. It started out at braddocks laboratory when we ran up on one of the "yellow people" who was cooking drugs all by himself. We proceed to rob him and in doing so, get a hold of his radio and their entire gang's frequency as shown in this video -> https://streamable.com/owo84 You can see the man wearing the yellow jacket like the rest of them and both of us switching to their frequency. Afterwards we listened to their little radio chats and got information about their whereabouts at the current moment telling us the exact location of where they were as you can see here -> https://streamable.com/amcat we heard that they were at strawberry and knew where to head, and then if it wasn't simple enough already they decided to tell us that they are in the second story of an apartment or house as shown here -> https://streamable.com/mjy3g this gave us roughly exact position of their whereabouts and we went there and it wasn't long till we saw around 3-5 yellow cars outside of an apartment complex on strawberry ave, so we were sure it was the right place, and since they had already told us they were on the second story it removed the problem of having to look through the bottom floor of the apartments, so we each got on one side and waited for them to come out. Soon enough they decided to unlock the door after we had multiple at gun point outside and they decided to wait with guns pointed at the door from the inside. I saw my friend walk through the door so I quickly followed with my weapon in my hand ready for the worst. First thing I saw when I walked in was my friends cold dead body lying on the ground and 2 yellow jacket wearing men with guns pointing directly at his dead body, and then they turned towards me, so I sprayed them both down and ended up stealing stuff from their stash and then making it out to see another day safely. We did not metagame in any way shape or form as you can see me and him using VOIP to communicate and relay information. We also did not break NLR, this is how, we knew that we couldn't remember them as people so we just did the right thing and pretended to have never seen them or have any interaction with them in the past. NLR states that the players may not interact with one another for 30 minutes, he was arguing with me that 30 minutes had not passed oocly but here's the proof. If you take a look at his own video the time stamp would read 1567398490, I timed it and one second equals to one timestamp increase, nearing the end of the video when I murdered them, the time stamp reads 1567401724, I pulled out a calculator and did the math, 1567401724-1567398490 would equal 3,234 Seconds which if divided by 60 would be 53.9 minutes, clearly higher than 30 minutes which he claims to not have passed. Sorry for my 17 year old self and my annoying voice.  I have more footage if necessary.

Right, so you started killing us and went to the apartment, and the situation was FINISHED at 53.9 minutes sure. However, that whole ordeal itself took a while, and it definitely took you a while to find the apartment. 

The NLR states no interaction between the two OF ANY KIND. So why did you guys think it was okay to listen in to our radio WITHIN the 30 minute mark and make plans to attack us.

The time stamp on us getting your radio is 30 mins after I died...lol we get the freq, at time stamp 1567400800, roughly 38 mins after I died?

Further looking into your video...I would like you to reload your video, sound included. I find it rather strange that the two inside are walking around casually, then seconds before I walk in position and aim at the door as if knowing I’m walking in that moment.
