How did the player break the rule(s)?

 

In this situation where they try to flip my car back on wheels they use the other car to ram it multiple times .

For situations like this they should call Mechanic to fix the problem or get a car with a vehicle  hook.

Thanks for the report Id 68 here, okay well we tried to get a mechanic and could not get one. unfortunately this was the only option to getting your car in the correct place. I've seen officers countless amount of times hit my car flip it because there were no mechanics on or because its the quickest option. I would say the reports quite reasonable I neither would see it as really good rp but fortunately in the end you got barely anything taken from you. We never stole your car you were apparently knocked out and then log out without ever waking up you had like a radio and a map. I seriously don't know what really hurt you in the situation other than a couple of minutes us trying to find a simple solution, and taking a radio and map from you. ( Oh also I have no idea what his plan was hitting the car when you were right near it, that's why I moved you immediately after.) (Car was also not flipped for me but it would freeze me when i tried to get in so seriously once again no idea what the other option was to get your car moving which we quickly then said forget it.) ( I would really say the issues where others see the car in different places and or can't access a vehicle that isn't even flipped for them is really just not fair and comes down to whatever solution fixes the problem.)

Hello and thank you for making a report.

Trying to flip the car yourself is not against the rules unless it is done with a supercar or trying to do an unrealistic flip (a small car trying to flip a truck). We do however want to encourage people to make use of the mechanics and ask them for help trying to flip a car. 
The rule that you quoted about ramming other vehicles with expensive cars is more focussed when someone tries to use the vehicle as a weapon towards another player. I dont see it applicable to this case.
