How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 13 while unarmed on a bike used his bike to try and run me over while i had a gun pointed at him, this breaks the rules as he put his life at risk multiple times on a bike while i was shooting at him Evidence of rule breach:
Brawnkoh
PLAYER REPORT PENDING RESPONSES Thank you for your patience while this report is under review. After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, I have decided that this report cannot be concluded at this time. The following players will be required to provide their side of the story from this situation within the next twenty-four (24) hours: [Tong_Wong [ID #13]] - [Player will be notified in-game] - Why did you attempt to run someone over on a motorcycle, and why did you try to hit them then loop back around to make a second attempt at hitting them? [Jeffery_Smith [ID #]] - [ @XelaXD ] - Do you have an unedited version of this video? Your voice was not being recorded during this interaction. If the players above fail to respond to this report within the next twenty-four (24) hours, this report will be concluded based on the evidence that has already been provided, to the best of our ability. Regards, Brawnkoh
XelaXD
This is the only video I have, im not sure what you mean by unedited as it hasnt been edited at all i just dont record my own voice. I dont mean to be rude but im very confused how this is not a clear rule break and how anymore evidence is needed as my voice wouldnt have changed the clear rule break of trying to hit someone multiple times while they are shooting at you regardless i respect the opinion of the mods/admins and if the decision is that the video doesnt show a breach of the rules I understand. You reported him for FearRP, not DM. I would like to hear what demands you gave him. I am the one who brought up the (V)DM.

Brawnkoh
PLAYER REPORT ACCEPTED Thank you for your patience while this report was under review. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: [Tong_Wong [ID #13]] - [Deathmatching] - [Offense #1] - [Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt] [Tong_Wong [ID #13]] - [NonRP] - [Offense #1] - [Running people over with a bike] Tong_Wong, In the shown video, you make a failed attempt to run the reporter over, then loop back around and make more attempts again. As our rule states, you cannot use a vehicle to attach another player more than once, including failed attempts. Secondly, you will be receiving a warning for trying to run people over on a motorcycle. Motorcycle's have no protection, and as someone who has owned several, running someone over on one in most cases would result in the driver causing serious damage to themselves, and their bikes. Please do not attempt to run people over with motorcycles. Lastly, @XelaXD please take whatever steps required to ensure your own voice is being recorded in the evidence you post. We need a comprehensive video to establish rule breaks, having your voice not being recorded and submitted as evidence hinders our ability to moderate properly. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
