ID 90 (Combat Log)

Recommended Posts

Player(s) being reported: ID 90
Date of interaction reported: 30/08/2019
Unix time stamp from HUD: 1567181120

Your characters name: Karl Suptic

Other player(s) involved: Zoey Duel & Noah Shriver (were in the pursuit with me)

Specific rule(s) broken:

8. Non-Roleplay (NRP)

  • Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.

  • Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay:

• Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason.

• Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching).

• Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles.

• Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water.

• Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase.

  • Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof.

  • In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through.

  • Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do.

  • In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

He code 0'd the first time which looked legit as he crashed into a tree then came back around 10 minutes later, then we talked a little to resume the RP and he decided he didn't want to run anymore so I got him out of his vehicle, put him in cuffs and that's when he asked me to /prison him cause he "doesn't care about this game" anymore @ 1:03. Attempted to search him and he ignored RP and logged.

Usually i’d give people the benefit of the doubt but since this picture is easy to fake by pulling your ethernet or disconnecting wifi and the fact you currently have 3 active reports on you i’m starting  to come to the conclusion you do not value RP for what it is and simply play to win.

Thank you to the staff member that deals with this report and have a good day!

REPORT ACCEPTED

Thank you for your patience and comments provided for this report.

After reviewing the evidence provided, I've decided to apply the following punishments to the following players:

  • Vladimir_Dovolenko will receive a punishment for Combat logging during an arrest role play situation. It is clear from the evidence that you had no intention of sticking around for the remainder of the situation once you realized he would not /prison you. My reasoning on my previous statement is the fact you said "just /prison me, I dont give a fuck about this game". Then you decided to not respond and conveniently disconnect.

Not happy with the outcome? If you have received a punishment that you do not agree with, you are entitled to a fair punishment appeal that follows the guidelines and format provided. Otherwise, the conclusion of this report is final.

Did the reporting party lose any items worth above 25.000 dollars as a result of this report? If you would like to request a refund, you may do so within our refund and transfer requests section, as long as your request follows the guidelines and format provided.

Regards,
Mickeyyy
