KariOne
Player(s) being reported: ID 72 and ID 39 Date of interaction reported: 29/08/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1567138384 Your characters name: Kage Enfer Other player(s) involved: Fregothy Bleu (ID 37) Specific rule(s) broken: ID 72 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) ● Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. ● Examples, where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When the engine of your vehicle is stalled and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. ● Examples, where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a vehicle which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. ● As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. ID 39 14. Deathmatch (DM) ● Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. ● Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. ● A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. ● A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. ● You must give demands via text if used as a reason to attack as VOIP isn’t always heard. ● Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. ● Kill on Sight (KoS) is the act of killing a player with no engagement in roleplay. The person who has KoS rights must have evidence prior to committing the kill. ● Killing a player without warning or roleplay is allowed only within 24 hours of: • Your life being threatened not including law enforcement aiming weaponry. • The life of your friend or ally is presently being threatened or if you have witnessed it happen. • A player attempting to steal your assets worth greater than $75,000 not including vehicles. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 72 had a gun pointed at them by ID 37, and pressed her panick button. ID 39 Ran me over while I was running and injured me. Claimed desync but he was driving at that speed toward another person, this shows little to no care for whether I live or die. MrSpray
This is me in this clip. For the VDM it was dsync as stated in /ooc. As for fear rp I was in a vehicle when the engine wasn't off or stalled, I also got out of the cruiser with my weapon already in my hand which is stated in the rule as not being in danger. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. I do not have footage for this incident as shadow play wasn't working so if the Support Staff deams this as a rule break I understand but from my perspective I don't think dsync should be a punishable offence. missundastood
"ID 72 had a gun pointed at them by ID 37, and pressed her panick button." I actually didn't push my panic button until the man aiming the gun turned his back to me to aim at the other officer, he was constantly going in 180's so was not pointing at either if us for prolonged periods. The other man involved was injured so it not fear RP once he turned to aim/shoot at someone else and was in a 2 v 1 armed situation. ● Examples, where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: "• When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you." Also as you can see the desync of where he was looking as to where I am standing, for me I was in the bush when I pushed the panic button, which he shouldn't be able to see RPly only for he can read the /ame text Edited August 30, 2019 by missundastood

Also as you can see the desync of where he was looking as to where I am standing, for me I was in the bush when I pushed the panic button, which he shouldn't be able to see RPly only for he can read the /ame text In the video shown you can clearly see that when you pushed the panic button he was pointing the gun at you. In this situation he was constantly switching between you and your partner and he had already told you to put your hands up, even if he turns his back for a split second then comes back to aiming at you that, in my opinion would still be fear rp as you are still his target and he is still focusing on you, you are empty handed with your hands in the air. That's the equivalent of calling for backup on radio if someone turns their back on you while you have your hands up. Also for ID 72, The fear RP is not aimed at you, only the VDM. I believe you shouldn't have been driving at that speed in that confined space where there is no chance of me getting away and no chance for you to break. Again as stated in my report even if this was desynced, I believe your actions show no care for my life, and no demands were given.

MrSpray
You already got hit by your friend and you were on low health so it doesn't matter how hard i hit you, you still would have been injured. How is it not showing care for your life when for me you were nowhere near the cruiser you were off the left on the bottom of the boardwalk. Hence the reason i stated dsync in ooc. I am not here to argue this matter all the evidence has been stated, it's now up to the decision of a support member, i'm not here to keyboard warrior this on a forum. I know what happened and i believe both of our actions are non punishable, but if the support member deams it punishable so be it.
KariOne
This matter has been resolved privately. If staff would be willing to close this report, I'd appretiate it. I can guarantee that the individuals involved have better understanding fo the rules in question.
