How did the player break the rule(s)?

My gang and I were trying to hold up a lone russian mafia member but he evaded and hid at the bank. So we tried explaining to him that it's against the rules and he insults me OOCly.

Thank you for remaining patient while waiting for an answer. After extensively reviewing this report, i have decided to conclude this report based on the evidence and statement provided to us by the reporting party.

Player Josh_Harris will not receive any punishment(s).

First and foremost, i would like to address the lack of punishment(s) for the reported party. The choosing of words from the reported party is undoubtedly wrong, as all players should strive to provide mutual respect and enjoyable roleplay to one another. Regardless of how frustrating or annoying a situation may be, resorting to offensive language and insulting someone through out of character means is not the appropriate way to handle the situation. In saying that however, i do not believe the single insult which can be seen in the provided evidence of this report is enough to warrant a punishment, and instead you will receive a verbal warning and guidance on what you can do differently should you ever be faced with a similar situation in the future.

Secondly, i would like to remind the reporting party @Sedin, to please not take reporting another player lightly and reserve player reports for situations that have been truly offensive, caused severe loss or were abused for benefit, as stated in the Player Report Guidelines.
