Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? They started shooting at me after i was driving towards weazel i was in a vehicle that had the engine running my windows were up and they were making demands. FearRP doesn't apply to me. then they decided to shoot me and continuesly ram my vehicle. I'm ID 9 So you were surrounded by 4 people, 3 cars and decided to not comply with our demands? I think the video has enough proof to show that we were trying to box you in and not ram you. You were the one trying to ram your way out. We told you to get out of the car and stop. You had your engine on, you were within your rights to keep going and not stop. HOWEVER, you replied, "No, fuck you" so you heard our demands and made a choice to disobey them and keep going. After we gave him demands and he decided to keep driving, he circled back right back to the spot where he had guns aimed at him which is Non-RP. So I was well within my rights in RP to fire at the car to get you to stop. If you had complied then sure it was a DM. But you cant say that you didnt hear us, WHEN YOU REPLIED IC TO US. Also yes, someone had a different ID because they got disconnected to the server earlier (how is this an offence)? Also, no one tried to kill you at the bank. No shots fired, no punches or stabbings. We were waiting to see if youd leave, which also, we are allowed to do. No one tried to kill you at the bank. We do have screenshots of one of your guys OOC insulting us at the bank though. As for the ramming, it might be desync on your side, but we were trying to maneuver around you to get you to stop. NOT ram you. You can see this in the video as we are trying to stop on the sides and in front of you. We are not ramming you. As you can see in the video MULTIPLE times, that instead of hitting you head on and ramming you, we are either pulling up alongside your car or in front to get you to slow down. Lastly, at 2:05 in your video. You can even hear me say to the guy next to me "We are trying to box him in" after he asked me what the plans were. Regards, MrSilky So for me personally, I felt like I had a valid reason to fire at his vehicle. At the time of this recording, our two gangs were at war with one another. Now for me, I didnt start shooting until the second time he circled around was because, correct, he was not under FearRP, his car was on. But then he just keeps circling with the intent to not stop either. As you see in the chase (he kept coming back to us all night). So the reason I shot at him was because he drove off, but then came back a second time, and showed no intention of stopping. And I didnt know if he was trying anything or just wasting time until the rest of his gang showed up, because like I said, we were in a war with them.
