If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. How did the player break the rule(s)? I'd been chasing this guy for quite a while as he stole my friend Tony's bike. Tony wasn't around, I was the only one there and didn't have a radio to notify him. 24 crashed the stolen bike twice, first time downing his friend and the second time downing himself. I made sure the bike was secure and notified Tony where I was so he could come rob the guy and get his bike. While waiting, 24 left the server, preventing any RP regarding the stolen bike or his items. He even baited me before logging by saying 'you're really not going to rob me?' After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I have decided to deny this report for the following reason(s): I'm going to deny this report for a couple reasons, let me explain. Firstly, you were quite a distance away from him when he disconnected. He did ask in ooc why you weren't looting him, however, it's very likely he thought the "roleplay" was done, if you had gone up to loot him for example, I don't think he would have disconnected. I don't see anything in the video to show otherwise. You were not in close proximity to him with or without a weapon, you weren't the one who downed him, and you didn't appear (at least from the video) to be directly RPing with him. I don't think he was baiting you, saying "you're not going to rob me", I think he was confused about the interaction, and actually didn't understand why you weren't taking his items. Lastly, the individual being reported here is already permanently banned from the server. This decision is final. Unless instructed to, if you post another player report pertaining to this incident, you may be muted from posting on the forums for a temporary period.
