How did the player break the rule(s)? i made a deal with man to trade vehicles as market was full the man proceeds to scam me which i know isnt a rule break and im not reporting for that but straight away he logs out and doesnt come back this is non rp clearly he just happens to "timeout" he obviously just turned internet off and has not returned thus im not able to carry on with rp cant call cops and i cant stop him and get my keys back or anything just left me with no options as he logged. I lost to the man elegy retro and 40k cash dont know if relevant. I've got the car , i wrote you that im going to the atm , and then did ten toes as in real life people did , also about combat log.. It counts when you are roleplaying , we didnt rp'd anything with /me or /do , i just walked and thats it. Maybe you thank that you need to roleplay and use /me when you're walking? Crazy. Also , i did not log off on purpose , game started to crash cause of mods , i tried to cameback but the game keep crashing and crashing. (Runs to atm to crash both times, gee whiz). Also funny that you claim the person filing the report isn't the victim because he was using my video footage. Anyways, from my point of view: I overheard them doing a deal and assumed it would eventually be a scam so moved closer to observe. My observation for the deal is trading bike for car + 40k. Since this is an NCZ this video is 100% IC footage and 100% confirms the scam did occur and the reporting party should have at least been able to alert the police but was denied that opportunity due to the combat log and I highly doubt the reported party notified the reporting party that he returned after his supposed crash. 3 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The man says in other report "/prison me i dont give a fuck about this game" this is the third report on him currently which dont know if its just me but looks like he is just here to win and when it doesnt go his way find some reason to as he cant play anymore. After reviewing the evidence provided, I've decided to apply the following punishments to the following players: Vladimir_Dovolenko will receive a non rp punishment for combat logging. I am finding it very convenient that you are always losing connection when you are scamming someone or being arrested. Not happy with the outcome? If you have received a punishment that you do not agree with, you are entitled to a fair punishment appeal that follows the guidelines and format provided. Otherwise, the conclusion of this report is final. Did the reporting party lose any items worth above 25.000 dollars as a result of this report? If you would like to request a refund, you may do so within our refund and transfer requests section, as long as your request follows the guidelines and format provided.
