How did the player break the rule(s)? So I was at the bank with my Shafter V12 and some guy shows up in a nice green Elegy Retro Custom. Dude right away asks me if I wanna buy his car but I tell him I have no money, but I was planning on selling my car soon to get a Retro so I figured I would offer to trade. He accepted and told me that first I would send the keys, then he would send his keys, and then I would pay him the rest of the money. Concerned I told him I was sketched out by it and he tells me in OOC, "You can't scam in NCZ". So I figured that was the case. Sent him my car through /transfervehicle and he made sure he could lock and unlock the car before he drove off. Currently he keeps coming to the bank with my car using the same tactics on other players. (Note: the screenshots only contain the chat and none of these other players are associated.) If the players above fail to respond to this report within the next twenty-four (24) hours, this report will be concluded based on the evidence that has already been provided, to the best of our ability. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: [Peter_Schneider [ID #15]] - [NonRP] - [Offense #1] - [OOC Scamming] Using ooc methods to scam IC is not acceptable. The evidence is posted above, there's not much more that needs to be said here. @Dumben I suggest filing a refund request for your vehicle. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
