CarryOut
Player(s) being reported: Jack Jordan ID 29 Date of interaction reported: 2019 August 25 Unix time stamp from HUD: 156681091 Your characters name: Jace Bianchi Other player(s) involved: Nico Sainz, leonadro Possum Specific rule(s) broken: Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. How did the player break the rule(s)? We had just gotten into a shootout with Jack Jordan and several of his friends. We ended up injuring or killing all of them. Jack was wearing blue, so I thought he was a zeta at the time. I took his micro and his heavy pistol off of him so medics could come, because if they see a heavy, they are required to call PD. After I took them off, he begged me to give them back to him, and as soon as I put the weapons back in his inventory, he timed out. He was messaged on discord, and asked if he'd be coming back. He replied saying his power had gone out and he wouldn't be able to come back, but when he was told he was going to be reported, he said he'd come back. I'm only putting the report up because he is notorious for combat logging to avoid losing items, and will generally wait at least an hour before rejoining the game. As a result, several of my friends have lost out on getting items off of him because he logs out after he loses a gunfight. Evidence of rule breach: The point of view of the video is not mine, it is Leonadro Possum. Edited August 28, 2019 by CarryOut 1 3

Mickeyyy
REPORT DENIED Thank you again for making a player report. After reviewing evidence. We have decided to deny the report for the following reasons: As it was agreed through ooc chat that the party would be allowed 10 extra minutes. As it was agreed on by both parties and the fact that that is indeed what happened this will be denied. Moving on lets refrain from posting petty reports like this as there was no rule breach and it wastes staff time. Thank you. This decision is final. Unless instructed too, if you post another report pertaining to this incident you shall receive forum warning points and a mute from posting on the forums. Not happy with the outcome, Or got questions? Post a forum private message towards the admin handling this case to talk about it a bit further.
