ID 111 FEARRP

Recommended Posts

Player(s) being reported: ID 111
Date of interaction reported: 08/26/2019
Unix time stamp from HUD: 1566832781

Your characters name: Zachariah Sinclair

Other player(s) involved: Steve Sanders.

Specific rule(s) broken:

Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life.

  • Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger:

  • • **When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range.**

    • **When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range**

    • **When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger.**

    • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover.

  • Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger:

  • • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled.

    • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked.

    • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you.

  • As a victim, whose life is in direct danger:

  • • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you.

    • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

He was stalled in his light grey buffalo with a money truck in front of him and my friend Steve had a gun on him giving him demands to get out the car which he refused to. I even ICly roleplaying trying to take the man out of the car by force; yet, he still  failed to do proper FearRP, I even tried contacted him after and PMing him about the fear rp and not even reporting him if he just came back and gave me my stuff back; unfortunately, the recording of that was accidentally deleted. I'd like to apologize for my heavy breathing and other annoying quirks in that recording, I use nahimic because my twin brother gave me a busted audio jack and apparently it jacks the mic sensitivity up like crazy.

Hello, and thank you for making this player report! @Mako228143

First and foremost, player Donald_Clark | @Toan | ID 111 will receive 24 hours to respond with his side of the story, and explain the reasoning for his actions which can be seen in the provided evidence above. Why did you completely disregard the roleplaying demands directed at you all while you were, at numerous occasions, placed under direct gunpoint at close range by at least one (1) other player in this situation? Do you feel as if your actions in this situation is acceptable? Do you feel as if the premise of this situation is acceptable roleplay? In addition to being tagged on the forums, the reporting party will be notified of this report in-game.

Secondly, player Josh_Harris | @datsjsj | ID 120 will receive 24 hours to respond with his side of the story and explain the reasoning for his actions which can be seen in the provided evidence above. Why did you ram the reported party using your bike, which can be seen at the 0:35 mark of the provided evidence above. In addition to being tagged on the forums, you will be notified of this report in-game.

Looking forward to the response of all players involved.

Kind regards,

Dqniel

I just intended to slow him down by blocking he's path and never touched him on my screen unfortunately i can't prove my innocence cause i don't have my recording saved from last week due to lack of  hard drive space. If I was tagged in this sooner I would of been able to prove my side of the story.

Hello, and thank you for remaining patient! As more than enough time has passed for the reported party to respond with his side of the story and explain the reasoning for his actions i have decided to conclude this report based on the provided evidence and statement given to us by the reporting party.

Player Donald_Clark will receive a Non-Roleplay punishment for breaching the Fear Roleplay rules | Offense #2.

First and foremost, i would like to address the punishment of Non-Roleplay and the reasoning behind it. In the provided evidence of this report, it can be seen that you are placed under direct gunpoint at close range multiple times, and in turn you disregard that completely and continue roleplaying as if the drawn weapon had no effect on you whatsoever. This goes without saying as the rulebreak in this situation was incredibly blatant, but the issue that arises with this entire situation is that your actions are in violation of our Fear Roleplay rules. If you are held under direct gunpoint at close range, which essentially means that you are in a vulnerable and life threatening situation, you are expected to display an adequate and realistic amount of fear for the life of your character, and follow every demand given to you as one instinctively would do in real life. The moment that you were placed under gunpoint, you were completely unarmed and defenseless and as such you were not exempt from acting under the Fear Roleplay rules and your life was still in direct danger. It is of my belief that your first instinct while under direct danger should not be to completely disregard being placed under gunpoint and run away, but rather comply with the demands being made upon you as you were completely unarmed and defenseless at the time. The roleplay displayed by you during this situation is not acceptable at any level and is most certainly not welcomed on the server. Please take this punishment as an opportunity to reflect on your actions, and making sure that moving forward you do so in a way where this is not repeated.

Secondly, i would like to address the actions of player Josh_Harris who at the time could be seen ramming the reported party with a bike. I am willing to give you the benefit of the doubt that the ramming was a result of desync, and that it was never your intention(s) to maliciously hit the reported party. Make sure to be more cautious with your bike as to make sure that this is an isolated incident which will not repeat itself in the future.

Thirdly, @Mako228143 If you suffered a loss greater than $25.000 in value, feel free to file a refund request and make sure you follow the refund request guidelines and format.

Thank you for making this report! @Mako228143

Report is accepted and archived.

Kind regards,

Dqniel
