How did the player break the rule(s)?

Jessica Brown (ArcAngel) used previous character information (Cassie Reid) to influence current roleplay for the instigation of issues between the two characters right off the bat. Also uses knowledge of previous roleplay between Tom Wolfe and Cassie Reid to cause further OOC Tension and problems between both of us due to a previous mixing issue.

Hello, wow talk about out of no where? Can you say vendetta?

So I have a perfectly reasonable explanation for this. My character is still Cassie Reid, my character role played changing her name because she got married to Steven Brown, it was role played that her name was Cassie Jessica Reid. 

The name change was not because she wanted to escape hits? I wasn't even aware that I had hits on me by the triads? Maybe that's because the hits were placed by you? ( like when you got that zeta to try run me off the road and he was threatening me? Pretty sure as a cop corruption is against the rules but hey ho)

Wasnt trying to escape criminal charges, because I wasn't wanted before the name change, spoke to Edward Mercer about it. 

I also spoke ICLY to multiple people about why I changed my name (Mercer, kalashnikov, Logan cross, hunter, other rooks) 

I've made it clear from the get that my character HAS NOT CKd. Multiple people can attest to this.

I had spoken to silky about this incessant harassment OOCly, I asked you to leave me alone, but here you are.

Okay, I have no idea how threes any sort of OOC harassment when its a blatant breach of rules and you went to start issues with my character when I never even ONCE interacted with you the entire time, but alright! Appreciate the insults on top of that. Furthermore, providing false information on a forum report is in of itself an issue when the administration has confirmed that not only that you are breaching rules but even the staff itself confirmed that not only have they not approved any of the previous roleplay that you have had with Tom Wolfe including the 'Restraining Order' that you carried out from City Hall several weeks ago as well as the mixing of issues during a roleplay you started with Tom Wolfe regarding his roleplay daughter and moving her to the UK, on top of trying to start further OOC drama when you went up to one of my OOC friends in /b talking about how I am obsessed with you? Check over my streams, I have had ZERO contact with you since the incident occurred and did my very best to even act like the roleplay never happened because of how toxic things became.

 

Correct me if I am wrong as well, but you are meant to have a administrator reinstate any previous charges and citations you received on 'Cassie Reid' if your name change is NOT a Character Kill.

 

To add to this, with the insentient comments about how I have a vendetta against you?

I have avoided all contact and any sort of roleplay with you since DAY 1 of your messages to me (shown below) starting issues with eachother OOCly over a clearly IC situation.

I have multiple people that can confirm OOCly that the Zeta's especially were after Cassie Reid because of snitching on them and multiple people confirming on a OOC level that hits were put against you. Nothing was done ICly towards Cassie Reid nor did Tom Wolfe ever put out a hit against your character. Otherwise why has nothing been sent to IA?

I've never Insulted you, I'm stating facts. Ive asked you multiple times OOC and IC, to please avoid me where possible. Fact. You are continuously talking about me, making illegitimate claims of rule breaches and trash talking me live on stream. Fact. (I have people coming to me on the daily, telling me about the things you're doing, despite me asking not to be told).

The situation is explained. My character has NOT cked. It is role played that cassie has Jessica as her middle name, she got married and decided upon getting her marriage license to go by her middle name (which people do all the time). There has been 0 occasions in which I have claimed to be anyone BUT Cassie Jessica Reid, now Jessica cassie brown after marriage. 

Your video of 'proof' clearly shows me talking about being married now, clearly knowing you and clearly saying that I am Jessica Cassie Brown.

As @Varakai stated, it is only meta gaming if I CK'd. I cannot make it anymore clear that I have not character killed and I cannot make it any more clear that I haven't at any point claimed to be anyone other than Jessica cassie brown.

Also the little screenshot you shared of a conversation I had with scarlet, look up skeev, Its british slang for freaks me out. I've already stated you have a vendetta so, you adding said screengrab is reiteration of the point I'm making. Also proving my point that I have NOT CKd which is the basis of this baseless post.

I'm constantly being spoken to about you constantly harassing my for one or more reasons.

This is another blatant attempt to muddy my name and my character. Please now leave this for admins to look over, as all 'evidence' has been supplied.

 

FYI. 1HR 27 Minutes in is where the trash talking begins but throughout the entire stream he is continuing to find ways to continue RP that has been requested to be dropped.

On top of this after reading your edited post in will add the following.

While there are adjustments being made to name changes in the rules, I have not once roleplay my charges being wiped, since this name change was only done yesterday and I hadn't even had the chance to, jumping the gun a little arent we.

I have screenshots of the court roleplay which can be added if asked for by an admin.

You're also posting private discord messages that are OOC but also show that I asked you multiple times to leave me alone, further reinstating I've asked you to refrain from contact.

The zetas have killed me multiple times, I wear a mask 95% of the time, and I have never interacted with triads, where you have that from I dont know, but like I said, I havnt CKd, If they should like to continue RP with me, they can, it's not like they wont recognise my face or DISTINCTIVE TATTOOS, or my strong british accent, or me continuing to roleplay as cassie.

You asked to refrain from contact after the child situation ended which I entirely agree. I have had ZERO contact with you since that up until this PD situation. Where you are pulling this information from is honestly unknown, because you can even LOOK at the date of the discord messages.

The base of this report is that I have metagamed by CKing and continuing information from a previous character. Which you have proved WRONG with your OWN screenshots.

Along with my explanation here, you have multiple pieces of evidence showing that I have told you, scarlett, dante, Edward mercer, and others that I am still Cassie, I'm just asking to be referred to by my middle name. I explained to Jo Campbell infront of you, that I was still cassie, I just wanted to be referred to as Jessica now. If youd allowed your recording to go on longer, that would have been shown too.

I have never implied, claimed or insinuated I'm anyone else. In the exchange viking posted, you hear me say "I got married". If I was claiming to be someone else, I would never have said that.

I havnt CKd. I've role played with multiple people since the name change and have explained I am still cassie just going by my middle name and that i got married to.

To be quite honest with you, filing a forum report is probably the last thing I wanted to do. Secondly, The evidence has been refit to my YouTube channel so you may be able to see it better. Twitch is having a slight issue with people being able to view highlights / clips.

If the intent was to not Character Kill, I'm not too sure why you wouldn't just use your normal name but a different last name like everyone else seems to do, but at the end of the day I guess we all have our own way of doing things. What I do not understand is whenever people asked you about it ICly, including some of the Rooks, you would deny who you were and just introduce yourself as Jessica Brown for your own benefit, implying as if you have CK'd to other players.

On a personal note, as far as our 'Feud', I have done my absolute best to avoid any sort of contact, IC or Otherwise, since the 19th of August to avoid this exact situation of toxicity on both ends. At the end of the day I simply want to enjoy my time on the server and have a great RP experience without someone feeling the need to take a stab at me every time I'm seen, especially with my stream on. I already get targeted as is about it.

I'd like to add to the point that he has made. What he is saying is hearsay and I can 100% attest to the fact that i have never claimed to he anyone other than Jessica cassie Brown/reid. I had an interview with the rooks the same day I changed my name and I told them why I had changed my name. When asked by Cooter Brown what my name was, I told him Jessica brown, I said I used to be cassie Reid but my middle name is Jessica and I just got married, he made a joke about being distant cousins now. We dont roleplay together so where you are pulling these baseless accusations from are confusing as heck an further proving the points I was trying to make.

In character, I decided that I missed being called by my middle name like i was as a child and cassie wanted to break away from the stigma that tom wolfe had caused her. OOCly my name is Jessica in real life and I find it easier being called by my first name, especially because there are a few Jessica's in the server and I find it confusing
