Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? Repeatedly told him to drop his shotgun at gunpoint but he wouldn't listen, also drove off while a gun was pointed at him at close range. Bl0wUrFace Posted August 25, 2019 Report Share Posted August 25, 2019 (edited) you call that fear rp? dude you robbing a guy with a sawed off buck shot in close quarter...is being merciful now a crime? that baby one shot cop,and beside my character have earn the right to go in that particular zeta store,you should have asked on radio instead of just being greedy to steal my shotgun....truth is i could have slaughter you all in that tiny store All video and screenshot evidence may not be edited or tampered with in any way. Posting tampered or manufactured evidence may result in a ban from the game. The action lasted 1 minute yet the proof video is only half of it... This man was mixing hardcore, he was pming someone after the fact saying stuff like "I am allowed in that store ask Jay Gamble." The truth about it is that YOU are lucky we didnt open fire on you the instant you wanted to take out your shotgun while we were following you. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: Ben_Dovery [ID 150] - Non-RP #5 | Fear RP & Non-RP #6 | NCZ Violation + Minor mixing - You failed to show any value for your characters life whatsoever in this encounter. Your shotgun was on your back while a player actively aimed a pistol at you at point blank range. You decided to smoke your blunt rather than react to the gun at all. You then casually strolled off towards your bike and once again were aimed at by a pistol at close range. You decided to get on the bike and drive off - A direct breach of Fear-RP on multiple levels. You were also seen at the bank with the shotgun on your back and at first I wasn't going to issue a punishment for it, but reading your response it is clear to me that you do not understand the rules enough. This will be your 4th Non-RP breach in one month. Finally, I did check the logs, you replied to a question in pms about fear rp with "ask jay if ben dover is allowed to go there" this is a minor breach and will not be a punishment in itself but more of a note for your record combined with the previous breaches. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
