ID 251, ID 100 Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. How did the player break the rule(s)? Had him on gun point (3 people pointing guns on him) and he is not responding to anything, then after approximately 45 seconds from giving demands being given he "times out". I asked in ECRP's Discord General channel if the person is coming back and got no response. Evidence of rule breach: Us 15 minutes later at the same spot with no sign of ID 2. So I was crashing a bunch and disconnecting from the server after the server restart so I got back on to try to play and I ended up injuring myself. I just decided instead to go get my car and get off for the day. I asked this dude in this Warrener to give me a ride to my car and he said sure so I got in. He said stuff like if I was Zeta and I if sold guns etc.. He at times said he had to go do something real quick and then we would stop and continue. We were around High end we were just driving and I crashed again. At that point I just decided to not get back on because I wasn't in the middle of any criminal actions or anything at all as well as being robbed at the time I was just sitting in the car being driven so after I crashed I was done with eclipse for the day so I didn't get back on. Looking at the video my model stayed a bit later than I crashed so it looks like I decided not to respond and then combat log but I was actually just not in the game. Benefit of the doubt is given, even if the timing was perfect. You are receiving a verbal warning today and I urge you to return to RP if you were involved a scenario prior to crashing/disconnecting.
