illender
Player(s) being reported: UNKNOWN NAME, ID 149 Date of interaction reported: 8-22-2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1566506129 Your characters name: Jackson LaRoche Other player(s) involved: There were a handful of other players on site including ID 40 Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was pulling away from the pickup for the trucking job and this joker hauls in and spawns the trailer under me, causing me to flip, and then laughed about it OOCly. As the lot filled with other players they just said "ADMIN HERE, RELAX" and that was literally it, no other OOCly instructions to halt RP so they can fix what they screwed up. I feel like as an supposed ADMIN they should have known: A: not to flip my damn truck B: how to fix up their ruining of my RP. there is literally no way that could have been RP'd well. My decision was to RP job rage and "walk off the job". Evidence of rule breach: I wasn't recording at the time but i took a screenshot of the chat which i have attached to this post
Dqniel
Hello, and thank you for making this player report! @illender Prior to me moving forward with this report, do you have any additional evidence of this situation taking place? As a single screenshot does not provide me with a good enough overview of the situation and the supposed rulebreak to assess. If so, please provide said evidence in your response. Thank you! Kind regards, Dqniel
illender
Unfortunately I don't as I wasn't recording this time. I do understand the difficulty of having only a single screen shot and would probably have just moved on if not for the fact they made a point to identify as admin. Dqniel
Hello, and thank you for remaining patient while waiting for an answer. After extensively reviewing this report, i have decided to conclude this report based on the evidence and statement provided to us by the reporting party. As the reporting party has no additional evidence of the non-roleplay violation taking place, i will unfortunately have to reject and close this report on the basis of insufficient evidence. One (1) single screenshot does not suffice as evidence, and does not provide me with a good overview of the entire situation and the supposed rulebreaks to assess. The player in the provided evidence is not a member of the administrative team, however there is nothing in the provided evidence that would suggest beyond absolute certainty that he was impersonating a staff member. I do however want to commend you on resuming roleplay and dealing with the situation in an appropriate way. I suggest for future reference to use the various different recording softwares that are free and easy to use for recording your gameplay sessions, should you encounter these types of situations at some point in the future. Thank you for making this report! @illender Report is rejected and archived. Kind regards, Dqniel
