Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? We were holding a man up at a clothing store and he would not comply with our demands. Three of us counted down for him to comply and he said "Do something, do something then." I believe this to be a breach of FearRP as he did not comply. As the Player Report Forum Rules states: "Please do not take reporting another player lightly and reserve player reports for situations that have caused severe loss or were abused for benefit. Consider if you could possibly teach this player or if you've tried to come to a resolution on your own. Reporting another player should be reserved for your final options when a rule breach has occurred. Always try to teach other players in the community, especially with newer players, as well as help them truly understand your point of view prior to simply reporting them if something doesn't go your way." I am sorry I was just angry that I keep getting robbed and harassed. I dont have a single admin report and you're telling me that I dont know the rules. Makes sense playing on this server for over a year and never once. I thought about pm'ing you but the rulebreak was so blatant. You knew what you were doing when you said what you said before you were shot. You didn't even have anything to rob, why not comply?
