Unix time stamp from HUD: 1566126016

Your characters name: Karl Suptic

Other player(s) involved:

Specific rule(s) broken:

8. Non-Roleplay (NRP)

  • Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.

  • Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay:

• Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason.

• Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching).

• Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles.

• Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water.

• Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase.

  • Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof.

  • In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through.

  • Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do.

  • In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

Attempted to arrest him, tells me "fuck off" and logs out. Waited 15 mins no response and even tried to contact him on discord.
Evidence of rule breach:

http://prntscr.com/ou66ln - Waited roughly 17 minutes for his return.

Hello, and thank you for making this player report! @froggytommy

Player John_Fousekas will receive 24 hours to respond with his side of the story and explain the reasoning for his actions which can be seen in the provided evidence above. Why did you disconnect from an active roleplaying scenario while you were in the process of being arrested? As the reported party does not have a forum account, he will be notified of this report in-game.

Kind regards,

Dqniel

Hello, and thank you for remaining patient! As more than enough time has passed for the reported party to respond with his side of the story and explain the reasoning for his actions, i have decided to conclude this report based on the provided evidence and statement given to me by the reporting party.

Player John_Fousekas will receive a Non-Roleplay punishment for Combat Logging | Offense #2.

First and foremost, i would like to address the punishment of Non-Roleplay and the reasoning behind it. In the provided evidence of this report, it can be seen that as the reporting party is in the process of arresting you, you ultimately disconnect from the server. The issue that arises with this situation is that after extensively reviewing the provided evidence and taking the above statements into consideration, we came to the conclusion that your actions are in violation of our Combat Logging rules based on the following point(s). It is far too convenient that you happened to disconnect from the server at the very moment of you being arrested, especially taking into consideration that no attempts were made to inform any of the parties involved that you either crashed or were unable to reconnect. After extensively reviewing the chat logs of this situation, it can be seen that you reconnect back to the server roughly an hour later and resume roleplaying as if nothing had happened, which leads me to believe that you disconnecting from the server was done in a purposeful and malicious way. With that being said, as outlined in the rulebook, cases of disconnecting from the server while in an active roleplaying scenario and being unable to reconnect may be excused if valid proof is submitted, however as you have not even acknowledged this report or even responded with your side of the story for that matter we are led to believe that you disconnecting from the server was done in a malicious and purposeful way rather than it somehow being accidental. Please take this punishment as an opportunity to reflect on your actions, and making sure that moving forward you do so in a way where this is not repeated.

Thank you for making this report! @froggytommy

Report is accepted and archived.

Kind regards,

Dqniel
