How did the player break the rules?: The player used he's vehicle to run me over stop me and question me about trying to pick locking he's vehicle without any interaction till i was down and injured. He tried to lock pick my truck, and I told him to stop, he kept running so I tried to stop him, never tried to get him injured and either way, I attacked him since he attacked my property. (in this case, it was my truck). Even after all of that, I still kept RPing, and helped him as much as I could, by calling medics and such. My intention never was to break any rule, and I did what I did to prevent him from attacking. Also to make it clear, as far as I know, it's possible to hit someone with a vehicle, but not more than once. Him picklocking your truck is not a reason to run him over, you also did not attempt to roleplay with this person and just went straight to running him over.
