Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. " How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 56 did not give any form of demands before shooting me, at 0.48 you can see ID 56 hiding behind the car to the right. He simply told his friend to be ready to block me inside and did not give any demands at all. If he gave demands it would have been okay, but this is clearly a DM case where he shoots me without a valid reason. I'm not sure if ID 2 DM'd me, but he clearly in the video hit me several times with his car as i was leaving the area when i was getting shot at. Luke Eriksen Posted August 16, 2019 Report Share Posted August 16, 2019 (edited) ID 2 Luke_Nayzar here 01:00 You can see me driving towards the situation, I was not aware that the person in the 811 was leaving the area, I then accidentally crashed straight in to him. 01:03 Both me and the 811 crash straight in to the airplane, then continuing to back away from the airplane at the same time and we are both accidentally crashing in to each other again. 01:04 I can see him backing off, I where thinking that he was going to turn around and drive off. My plan was to follow him to give out callouts, sadly he did not do as I planned, he would do which made him crash in to my vehicle. 01:11 I saw him crashing in to the destroyed cars and I believed that he stalled his car. 01:13 You can see me driving towards where he crashed, I planed on stopping my vehicle and steep outside to give demands. However, his vehicle did not stall as I expected. Where he drove his vehicle straight into where I where driving, and then rammed my vehicle which I will assume also was on accident. Cap Posted August 17, 2019 Report Share Posted August 17, 2019 ID 56 Here Nico_Sainz I have a video which I will provide of my first interaction with clear demands where he refused and then giving demands again which he refused once again. At 6 seconds was the actual timestamp of me giving the warning and he had a previous warning at an interaction at weazel news which was not recorded however he did crash at that incident. Regarding the weazel news case one other person was there so I am waiting on a reply on their recording of that. Cap Posted August 17, 2019 Report Share Posted August 17, 2019 (edited) As a side note if he did not hear the demands here the ones at weazel news were also given very clearly however he attempted to void RP without admin approval. My own audio is slightly delayed through my mic so just keep in mind that whatever was heard I said is about a second later than what was seen in the video. According the rulebook it states that you cannot ram another person with a expensive car. " 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Super cars aren't easy to use on dirt as you clearly see us sliding all over the place in the video. If you take a minute to watch the clip it often seems like you're the on ramming me, however I gave you the benefit of the doubt and presumed it was because of how uncontrollable the supercars are on dirt. After reviewing video evidence multiple times I have come to a following conclusion: Player ID 56 Nico_Sainz @Cap will be receiving a punishment for Deathmatch | Offence #1. Let me copy this from a rule book: A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. You did not give him enough time to comply, you literally started shooting even before you gave him demands. Player ID 2 Luke_Nayzar @Luke Eriksen will be receiving punishment for Non RP | Offence #1. I can understand that controlling high sports performance vehicles on the dirt roads like these are not the easiest task, however I believe you rammed him few times on purpose to stop him.
