How did the player break the rule(s)?

I found this guy coming home and decided to house raid him. After a short interaction and me attempting to /me take his keys he immediately disconnects and does not return nor attempted to contact me oocly. We waited in the area for over 15 minutes robbing one guy and house raiding another and ID 209 never returns.

Also @MoistWheat why can I hear Discord sound whenever you press your VOIP button?

It's my discord push to mute that mutes my voice in discord only. I added 2 days ago. I don't get why I'm being asked this when absolutely nothing is heard OOC besides my breathing and a discord noise. Is it against the rules to have discord open and play? If I'm really being accused of Meta in my own report I can upload the whole 5 minute clip I have as proof.

Hello again and sorry for the hold up.

As the reported party has  failed to respond with more than enough time I will be giving him Non RP | Offence #1 | Combat logging.

Now back to your discord, if you never use it, why are you in a call? There's a saying if you're afraid of wolves don't go to the woods, so your usage of it is not understandable to me. In the future try to avoid it.
