Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? I believe the player broke the rule because he pointed a gun at me whilst I was driving a bike and shouted hands up twice very quickly, I couldn't put my hands up as I was driving the bike, and he opened fire within 3 seconds of shouting "hands up". I had no time to react to RP. As you can also see from the video when he shouted hands up he didn't have a gun drawn, he only draws it when he shoots. the first shout was when I was driving at 58kmh, second was 44kmh, I find this very unrealistic. I lost a few guns from this and I don't feel like its fair to lose something when someone breaks the rules. Evidence of rule breach: Thanks for taking your time to read this report. We tried to stop them 2 times . they ran away calling their backups .. On the 3rd time we saw them . we said them to hands up ( As we had a right to shot after they ran from us they didn't completed our demands and ignored our VoIP ) We still said them to hands up they didn't reacted and still were trying to run ( you can see they didnt stoped the bike on our handsup ) . Therefore i shoted at them before they could run . Well that is complete lies, we were waiting on a friend coming out of his house as you approached the area where we were. You then started following us up and down the road without saying a word (as you can see in my video). Your friend riding the bike called for backup on his radio (as you can hear in my video), not long after you then quickly spam two HANDSUP IC messages and start shooting within 3 seconds not giving us a chance to react to your demand. Which to be fair you gave while we were driving. Prior to this we had ZERO interaction with you or your gang. Oh, and you gave ZERO Voip commands as you can also see in my video. Green for local Voip NONE, Red for Radio Voip Many Is lying on forums allowed on official reports? Im sure I can prove this easy enough to be a lie from him. Asking for someone to pick me up. Thats around 4 mins or so before your DMd us and you are nowhere to be seen at that time stamp. Fast forward to time stamp 1565808428 I have just parked my car at my house, again you are nowhere to be seen. Forward again to 1565808460 I go to meet Tony at the spot where he is waiting for our friend to come into town. The same spot where you turn up at time stamp 1565808526 for the very first time. From there on you can see exactly what happened in the footage that I have provided above. Your claim that we were baiting you is pure hobble gobble and you should really just admit your lies. Or provide the impossible evidence that you know fine well that you dont have. Admin can verify my claims that I was at the bank as I am sure I had deposited money and I received a speeding fine when leaving the bank which should be on record somewhere. Then from there the evidence is there that the only demands you gave were the text, without pointing a gun may I add. Then u kill me withing 3 seconds of demands. You have also admitted in your own reply that because we didn't stop the bike you shot, surely I would need to stop the bike to put my hands up since I'm driving and since I'm driving at speed I wouldn't be able to hear your commands, this is not a valid reason to shoot. I won't be replying to this again unless an admin asks me to because I don't like arguing on forums. While this report has been reviewed, the player has already received his 2nd VDM/DM punishment in-game, irrelevant from this report. That being said, after reviewing the comments and also the evidence presented by the parties in this report, the conclusion is as following: ID 187 - Mac_Ginty - Will be issued following punishments: DM Offense #3, since he already received #2 and got banned, this will extend the time before he can appeal it considering he received 2 punishments for DM/VDM in the same week.
