Recommended Posts

Player(s) being reported: ID 8,25
Date of interaction reported: 14.08.2019
Unix time stamp from HUD: 1565727794

Your characters name: Eddie Junnior

Other player(s) involved: 20

Specific rule(s) broken:

Non-Roleplay (NRP)

  • Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.

  • Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay:

• Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason.

• Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching).

• Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles.

• Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water.

• Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase.

  • Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof.

  • In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through.

  • Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do.

  • In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave.

Fear Roleplay (FRP)

  • Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life.

  • Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger:

• When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range.

• When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range.

• When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger.

• Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover.

  • Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger:

• When you are in a car which engine is not stalled.

• When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked.

• When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you.

  • As a victim, whose life is in direct danger:

• You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker.

• You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

I was driving my car and accidentally flipped it over then these 2 guys just randomly came and started punching my car for no reason at all so i told them to stop doing it other i will have to shoot them  but they proceeded to do it and the guy on the bike keep ramming into me multiple times in full speed which is not very realistic than in video number 2 you can see me pointing the gun at the guy on the bike but his friend came and vdmed me for no reason there was no threat being pointed at him, After that the guy in the car proceeded to call the police and lie about the situation due to me not having ingame bodycam footage i got sent to prison for around 2 hours. Also the guy on the bike started driving back even through i was directly shooting at him.

Hello, and thank you for making this player report! @Edwin00781

First and foremost, player Lance_Monteriga | ID 8 | Will receive 24 hours to provide his side of the story and explain the reasoning for his actions which can be seen in the provided evidence above. Why did you initially start damaging the property of the reporting party all for seemingly no valid reason? In addition to this, why did you repeatedly ram into the reporting party and his property using your bike?

Secondly, player Yoshimar_Mayback | ID 25 | will receive 24 hours to provide his side of the story and explain the reasoning for his actions which can be seen in the provided evidence above. Why did you initially start damaging the property of the reporting party all for seemingly no valid reason?

Thirdly, player Thomas_Armstrong | ID 20 | will receive 24 hours to provide his side of the story and explain the reasoning for his actions which can be seen in the provided evidence above. Why did you repeatedly ram into the vehicles of ID 25 and ID 8? Do you feel as if this is acceptable roleplay?

Looking forward to hear from all of the players involved!

Kind regards,

domis & @Dqniel

First of all sir you can see through your video that you did non rp driving you flew and your car flipped in the mid air. Instead of rping your accident you just did nothing like nothings happen then. In my screen you almost hitted us and nearly kill us. Thats why you can heard me and I was shocked saying "What the hell?" the reason why I kicked your door cause you didnt make it icly you didnt rp it from the start, instead you threatened us and the guy from the truck he just came out from nowhere and joined the scene and starts ramming us. If your complaining about being non rp sir excuse me you were the one who breaks it..you cutted the video you didnt show that after you shoot several times you just log off. I already been in icly jail for that scene being reckless driving..but if you think that i broke the rule..ill accept the punishment oocly. Thankyou.

Do you have any evidence of me almost hitting you? in the video you weren't even there."when his car flew which is NONRP" How is that NON RP? its a car accident it happens IRL as well if you didn't know people do lose control of their car.

Yes, you did break the rule you started driving back while being directly shot at + You started ramming me with your bike who rams someone with their bike in real life? this shows you not valuing your life and ramming with a bike is NON RP

instead you threatened us

Ok, I warned you at first "if you hit the car one more time you gonna die" then you decided to keep on ram me with the bike you got a good logical reason for that? and also keep in mind your friend stopped then he rammed my character at the end when there is no threat being pointed at him.

In my screen you landed in front of me and why is it nonrp you asked, first you didn't rp the accident and possible injuries then you still manage to drive, walk , run and shoot. NOW TELL ME IS THAT RP??? lucky you i dont have recordings or screenshots or else this will be a different story and also your friend ID 20 that keeps powergaming in the scene.

If you want to go this route fair enough, So I got into the accident did you give me any time to RP the situation?NO, you decided to get out of your car and started punching my car this could lead up a lot of things one will be blowing my car up because it's already damaged from the accident and for rp wise did you check on the guy who got into the accident? keep in mind you didn't know how the accident occurred but you still decided to hurt the guy in the accident NOW TELL ME IS THAT RP???.

"your friend ID 20 that keeps powergaming in the scene."

First of all, e's not my friend he's just a random guy who turned up on the scene I have no control of his actions and second of all if you have an issue with him make another report this report is mainly focused on you and the other guy on the bike.

Hello, and thank you to everyone who has responded with their side of the story and explained the reasoning for their actions. Before i fully conclude this report, there are a couple of follow up questions i would like to ask.

First and foremost, the both of you mentioned almost being hit by the vehicle of the reporting party, which apparently warranted the initial attack by the  both of you. Do either one of you have any evidence showing your point of view during this situation? @kulamih @Rapsa

Hello, and thank you to everyone who responded with their side of the story and explained the reasoning for their actions which can be seen in the provided evidence above. After extensively reviewing the provided evidence as well as taking the statements of all parties involved into consideration, myself and @domis have decided to conclude this report.

Player Lance_Monteriga will receive a Non-Roleplay punishment | Offense #2.

In the provided evidence of this report, it can be seen that briefly after the reporting party crashes his vehicle, you approach him and begin kicking and damaging his property for no valid reason. Shortly after, you return back to your bike and get on it before ultimately utilizing it to further attack and damage the property of the reporting party by ramming into his vehicle numerous times. The issue that arises with this situation is that your actions are in violation of both our Deathmatch and Non-Roleplay rules. Simply attacking the property of the reporting party because he did not roleplay the vehicle crash does not fall under valid reason(s) to attack another player or their property as per the deathmatch rules, thus making your attack insufficient, invalid and in violation of our rules. In addition to this, it can be seen that you ram the vehicle of the reporting party multiple times using your bike, which is not realistic´in the slightest and is something that arguably promotes poor quality roleplay on your end. In saying that, it is however understandable that as a new player, you are still adapting an acclimating to the server and its rules, and therefore i will be reducing the punishment from something as severe as deathmatch, down to a non-roleplay punishment, as in this situation your roleplay is undoubtedly poor which in turn promotes poor quality roleplay for all the players involved. I sincerely encourage you to review our rulebook once more, and i can only hope that you take this punishment as an opportunity to reflect on your actions and make sure that moving forward you do so in a way where this is not repeated.

Player Yoshimar_Maybach will receive a Non-Roleplay punishment | Offense #2.

In the provided evidence of this report, it can be seen that briefly after the reporting party crashes his vehicle, you approach him and begin kicking and damaging his property for no valid reason. The issue that arises with this situation is that your actions are in violation of our Deathmatch rules. Attacking the reporting party simply because you were under the impression that he was insulting and or taunting you, which was not the case here, does not fall under the valid reason(s) to attack another player or their property as per the Deathmatch rules. While it is understandable that you may have gotten confused during this situation and took the statement of the reporting party as him taunting you, it is ultimately your responsibility to make sure that when attacking another player, it is for a valid reason. There are multiple ways to respond to someone taunting you, and attacking the reporting party in the way you did is definitely not the appropriate response. Last but not least, based on my perception of this situation after extensively reviewing this report, player Yoshimar_Maybach is not in violation of our deathmatch rules for ramming the reporting party towards the end of the second clip. He was simply acting on the fact that the reporting party was aiming a weapon at his ally on the bike, and attempted to hurt him which would warrant an attack as per the deathmatch rules.I sincerely encourage you to review our rulebook once more, and i can only hope that you take this punishment as an opportunity to reflect on your actions and make sure that moving forward you do so in a way where this is not repeated.

Player Thomas_Armstrong will receive a punishment for Deathmatch | Offense #1.

In the provided evidence of this report, it can be seen that you approach the reporting party, as well as the reported party during this situation. Briefly after asking if the reporting party needed assistance, you begin attacking the reported party numerous times by ramming their vehicles for no valid reason. The issue that arises with this situation is that your actions are not in accordance with our deathmatch rules. Simply asking the reporting party, a player who you have never met nor have an affiliation with whatsoever if they need assistance, before ultimately attacking the reported party numerous times is far from ideal and definitely not the appropriate response to this situation. I teleported to you in-game to inform you of this report and discuss it with you, as you had not yet acknowledged it or responded to it for that matter. You mentioned that your reasoning for attacking the reported party was to avenge the reporting party, as you were under the impression that the damage of his car was done by them. As i stated in-game, you cannot attack other players based on assumptions. If this was the case then any player could elevate the intentions and thoughts of other players and shoot based on that. For all you know the reporting party could have been lying about the attack, and that is why it is of utmost importance that you establish a valid reason to attack for yourself rather than acting on words given to you about a situation which you were never involved in to begin with. In short, there was absolutely no reason for you to attack the reported party in the way you did.

Player Eddie_Junnior will receive a verbal warning for non-roleplay.

In the provided evidence of this report, it can be seen that you get into a serious and life threatening car accident, and then afterwards you continue roleplaying as if it had not affected you at all. This is far from ideal and not realistic in the slightest, and an appropriate response to this would have been to attempt to roleplay some form of injuries rather than resuming roleplay as if nothing had happened at all. In saying that, i do however not feel the need to issue a punishment extending beyond me giving you some guidance on what you can do to better roleplay a situation like this in the future.

Thank you for making this report! @Edwin00781

Report is accepted and archived.

Kind regards,

Dqniel & @domis
