• Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching).

• Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles.

• Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water.

• Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase.

• Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof.

 

6. Advertising and Public Chat

• It is prohibited to advertise or discuss other GTA V multiplayer communities on any ECLIPSE platform including self created content promoted on ECLIPSE platforms.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

Oti got into a shootout and injured multiple people then called for me to treat 125 medically so we could keep him alive. We had plans to get into his house but he logged immediately after hearing someone with CPR training was coming. He completely wrecked this RP scenario as well as his friend and took every chance we had of getting into his house off the table through OOC means. At 1:32 131 he says "Look  how far you were Pussy boy" which is in fact an insult and is in fact delivered through /b which is OOC.

How about adding the 30 seconds before when you dm'd us without even giving us demands that we could hear? I'm sure admins would like to see that. To the admins, i sincerely apologise for the OOC insult as it was in the heat of the moment as this guy had just run to us and shot us with an AK without any RP at all which i'm sure if it happened to anybody else, they would be very frustrated. All i will ask is for the reporter to add the recording for what happened 30 seconds before when he dm'd us as well as you claiming gave demands which I cannot see in this video so could you please show us where you gave demands that we could hear. As well as this at 0:54 ID 85 lifted my body without any RP . I'm also intrigued to see the FULL video on how you guys pulled up to us and how you knew which players needed to be revived as they have the key(talking about the player who combat logged) and how ID 85 accused us OOCly of dming clowns without him being present at the scene.

Hi I am ID 125 in this video.

Could the reporter please include the full video and not start when we decide to shoot back at him. He says he has full recordings in the OOC chat logs so could he include the full video as I don't think this would be an issue as he already stated that he had full recordings with demands so I would like to see these demands as I believe they weren't any. As for the "combat log", I was DM'd which resulted in me rage quitting as I am sick and tired of rule breakers. However, I do realise that this was a bad idea on my part and I should've controlled my temper. I hope the admins view this situation as the reporting part are also breaking the rules (DM'ing without RP) so as I said previously, please show the full recordings of when you started coming to the area onwards so the admins have a full view of the situation rather than you manipulating with cut videos.

Sure I’m the shooter in the video I can upload a longer video when I’m home, but how can you be DM’D if you shot at me first 125? 131 was givin demands he ran a bit then turned around pointing a gun at me, then let’s  off a gun shot to which I kill him, then you start shooting at me, I take cover and clap you next. Also can we include the man who runs up to punch a man with an ak47 in here as well

Alright so Here is the Full video i believe, At Exactly 1:18 in the Video i start Yelling demands at the first Person i come in contact with,ID 131 he immediately turns to run, at which point he comes back Rolls, points a Pistol at me, then we start a shootout, at the same time ID 125 is not Harmed or Shot at, as i dont believe he heard my Demands, because of how car away he was. At 1:31 He Takes a shot at me, and i take cover and Return fire, then ID 93 comes Running to punch someone with a AK47??? Clearly no Fear for his life whats so ever...All in all, ID 131 at First says that "YOU NEED TO GIVE TEXT DEMANDS"....not once did he say, he didnt hear me, just that i didnt send text Demands....Shorty after this i recreated the Scene with another Zeta and an admin Papatouch they confirmed you can hear ME at that Ledge from where he was, until he starts to run North....ID 125 Combat Logs Stopping us from raiding his house, and ID 93 had 0 Fear for his life..

I honestly did not hear any demands as to why I thought it were a DM and I rage quit because of it. I saw my buddy die without hearing demands and I then started shooting. 

P.s. I don't own that house so you couldn't have raided me anyway.

Hello, after discussing this report with @Meggs_56 we have come to the following conclusion; 

Player Dexter_Mahone will receive a punishment for combat logging, player Bobby_Escobar will receive a warning for OOC insults. We do not see this as DM after looking at the latest footage.
