Did my RP. 167 came up and talked to me and then messed with my vehicle. As I was leaving I decided to mess with the mechanics empty vehicles by hitting their cars with my car. I went to ram their empty vehicles again and was shot in the head with no voice, no commands. I have 0 weapons on my character and no criminal record. That's deathmatching if I ever saw it lol.
