Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. The act of killing a player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. 10. Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. i am unsure of the metagaming as i do not actually know if they knew eachother! How did the player break the rule(s)? So me and my buddies was just cruising down the street and we spot a motorcycle with a guy that looks like someone we are not friendly with. So we start following him and he crashes almost instantly and we start looting him. Midway through this you can see a car roll up just down the street, he pulls a u turn (mind you the guy on the ground never radio'd or phoned anyone) then drives down to us and hits the first car that he comes to a halt to. He then reverses to a better position and smacks into the car trying to hit as many people as possible, then just driving off. sexyvegan Posted June 17, 2019 Report Share Posted June 17, 2019 (edited) conveniently you left out the part where your buddy called for help on discord after getting executed and the whole group of yours started metagaming and searching the area. you also left out the part where your buddy returns to the scene and goes like "hahaha these guys just killed me only for a phone charger" and you kids were having a good laugh. my char's only possible response to your threat of deadly force (pistol) was a stolen car that can't be traced back to him. i had one shot to run you over and possibly get away or even free the injured guy. from what ive seen, you were the cause for him being on the ground, hence why your accusation of MG is baseless and even a bit ironic, considering you just uploaded a video that shows you metagaming and avenging someone that was killed seconds before and had no chance to inform you by IC means. edit: you also left out the part where you accuse me of insulting you (which didn't happen) and insult me massively instead. edit2: "So me and my buddies was just cruising down the street and we spot a motorcycle with a guy that looks like someone we are not friendly with" absolutely ridiculous lmao 1/10 gang Edited June 17, 2019 by sexyvegan Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If the admins wish for me to provide a longer video i will ofcourse. The last time i did something of the robbing sort that day was like 45 minutes before this encounter. We literally just saw that guy started following him then he crashed into something. Either or you have no RP to do any sort of engagement in whats going on as we wasn't actively doing any crime or anything even if that was your friend, you could've just came up to us told us its your friend and we might have let him alone, instead you decide to Deathmatch as many people as possible. I will not continue this anymore, i had no buddy there other than the ones you were trying to drive over and i never OOCly insulted you. you're throwing around all these accusations at some point you must throw some evidence aswell... I got pretty mad of that action, where he tried to VDM us. Full name ; Ricardo Williams If the admins/moderators want to give a warning, give it to me for the OOC Insultment. From the given evidence, we can clearly see how the reported party attacked people with his car with no RP what so ever. ID 144 crashed with his bike, people took his stuff and went back inside their vehicles. No one was pointing a gun at ID 144 or gave him any threats which would put his life in danger and give him a valid reason to attack green guys with a car. Even if reported party had KOS on these people new KOS rule states that: The act of killing a player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. You must explain your reason to kill to the player ICly and have OOC evidence providing your reason, which I don't believe you have. Therefore: Player ID 32 Dada_Reed will be receiving Deathmatch | Offence #1 on his record. And last but not least Player ID 207 Ricardo_Williams will be receiving Non RP | Offence #1 | OOC Insults. If you felt that his player was making a mistake or rule break you should've just reported it to admins and left it there. Insulting people in OOC is never acceptable, after all we are all trying to play the game and have fun. I know some situations can be frustrating, but two wrongs doesn't make it right.
