15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping

• Players cannot force their victims to withdraw money from an ATM, sell property, or sell vehicles.

• Players cannot force their victims to hand over assets that are not present in the area.

• Players cannot steal from players with “NEW PLAYER” above their head unless it is in retaliation.

• Players with the (( NEW PLAYER )) tag that deliberately insert themselves into or start active crime scenes lose their new player protection during those illegal activities.

• Players may not steal from their faction treasury as the F4 menu is OOC.

• Permission for prison break must be approved by a Moderator+ prior to the attempt.

• Players may participate in no more than 1 prison break attempt within 1 OOC week.

• Official Factions may attempt 2 additional breaks in the case the prisoner is the faction leader.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

I'm still under 5000 xp and the player with ID 222 stole my crate from my vehicle's inventory.

Hello, and thank you for remaining patient while waiting for an answer. As player Chichi_Prado has not responded with his side of the story and explained the reasoning for his actions which can be seen in the provided evidence above, @domis and myself have decided to conclude this report based on the evidence and statement provided to us by the reporting party.

Player Chichi_Prado will receive a Non-Roleplay punishment for theft of a new player | Offense #3.

To start off, we would like to address the punishment of Non-Roleplay. From the provided evidence of this report, you can see how the reported party enters the vehicle of the reporting party. He took the crate which was in the car, and as the car along with the crate belongs to the reporting party who at the time was a player with the “New Player Tag” he is in violation of our rules. The rule states and we quote, “Players cannot steal from players with “NEW PLAYER” above their head unless it is in retaliation”. At that time the reporting party did not have 5000 XP or more. For future reference, please try to obey all the server rules.
