How did the player break the rule(s)?

The guy attacked me when I released the spacebar, as I was on the hill I rolled down slightly and he shot at me instantly - Not to mention the fact that I can't even see his gun until he shoots. On top of that, his demands were extremely basic and gave me no threat - "Out of the fucking bike".

i already told my side of the story

i told demands, he moved, i tought hes going to run away i shot 4 bullets, and as soon as he stoped i stoped shooting he didnt lost anything and would have been robbed anyways. you clearly didnt released the spacebar you just pressed W.

Hey and thanks for everyone that responded.

From the evidence provided it is seen that the reported party tried robbing Ray_Gonzalo while he was on the bike. When the reported party gave demands, Ray_Gonzalo pressed W button to go forward and from the reflection that he would start to run, reported party shot few bullets at him. Reporting party stated: The guy attacked me when I released space bar, but from the evidence we can see that you pressed W button because your back tire wouldn't spin this fast if you just released space bar. Yes the reported party engaged too fast, but we'll give him the benefit of the doubt that reporting party tried to run by pressing W for a second. @asfr7 in the future, don't start shooting this fast, if you have someone under the gun point while they are on the bike, this would fall under Fear RP and it can be re portable. You already have one Deatmatch offence and the second will result in a permanent ban. Be less trigger happy and more smart about it.
