Recommended Posts

Player(s) being reported: Uros Ice (ID 255), ID 224
Date of interaction reported: 12/06/2019
Unix time stamp from HUD: 1560370681

Your characters name: Zach Jones

Other player(s) involved: ID 187

Specific rule(s) broken:

  • Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason.

  • A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands.

  • The act of killing a player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

I was refuelling my bike, and they started shooting with someone else. So I ran away to avoid being shot, and avoid being blown up in case the gas tanks were shot. I decided to run because they were not shooting at me or roleplaying with me, and I didn't want to be shot in the crossfire. While I was running I was shot at anyway and noticed I was being chased, so I decided to stop so I could comply with any demands he had. Uros Ice decided he did not have any demands and just shot me without roleplay or anything of the sort. After he shot me he took my items and fully killed me before I could do anything.

Hello, So from my side of the incident you can see that i was trying to flee away from the cops, as i spotted that they was getting close to me you can see i tried drawing my gun, at the same time they then tried pointing at me. Then as shown in the video you can see that my character was not moving correctly around, and my gun was not being shown due to in game DSync. From this it looks like i tried drawing my gun after they had guns on me.

Nice to meet you, Uros Ice.

Hello and we are ready to conclude this as all the parties responded.

From the given evidence it's clearly seen that the reported party tried to rob the person who was refuelling his car. His friend tried to help and when he aimed his pistol he got shot by the two people with heavy weaponry. Reporting party saw the accident and started to run so he could get protection and hid behind the container. Since there was no guns aimed at him and no demands given Reporting party wasn't involved in the initial RP at all, because he made no threats to the robbing guys. The rule states that:

  • Examples of valid reasons to attack another player:

• If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property.

• If they report you to the police for a serious crime.

• If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules.

There was no guns aimed at the reporting party and he wasn't a threat to you as mentioned above, therefore Fear RP was not active for the reporting party. We don't take deathmatching rule lightly, in the future make sure you have a proper reason to attack and you give demands before you open fire, be less trigger happy.

Player ID 225 Uros_Ice will be punished for Deathmatch | Offence #2.

Regards,

faiN & domis.
