How did the player break the rule(s)?

I was in the White car ( at 0:32 can see my car 81 and 76 we were inside the car  ) at the second times in this video can see that id 176 with his van VDMed my friend ( he was in the bike ID 20 ) then they started shooting at my friend without any chance to let him to get out of his car and they didnt use TEXT to tell him to get surrender ( at 0:24, id 34 and 92,  they started shooting at my friend id 65 without given any chance to get surrender then they killed him ) after that at 0:31 ID 92 started shooting at us then all of them started shooting at us without any reason we were in the white car and we didnt do anything to gave them KOS and they after 5 second when we got injured they said "Hand up" 

If they looking for a official status they should read the rules before do anything like this and they cant patrolling around of this city and messing with everyone, that situation it was very bad things

ID 140 here. Why am I one of the players who's being reported to even begin with, if I'm not even included in your "How did the player break the rule(s)?" section?  Also, I was giving you a false warning to "put your hands up or get shot" because there was an animation bug and I've seen you as standing and healthy person for some reason

Second of all, 176 ID was chased down and VDMed by your friends from the beginning of the chasedown which was at the LSD lab in sandy shores near the Sandy MD, so I request a full video of this "DM and VDM" report.

Third of all, 76 and 81 were given warning to "PULL OVER" and "GET OUT OF THEIR VEHICLE" in a point blank close distance countless times so every single player with the monkey mask had permissions to use their firearms on them.

Fourth, the guy on the mountain started shooting at us even though, he is not included in the report, nor he was spotted following you. No demands were given, nothing. Please include that guy's ID because he is also a potential DMer in this report.

So first of all you guys should re read the rules and redo the quiz, cause none of your gang member didnt read anything about DM rules, they started shooting without any demands and i cannot see any text chat about your demands, you guys told us to hands up after 5 second, when we died.

I will only say it again. I am the one who wants the full version of the video that has been included in the report where the chasedown of Dubsta is visible from the LSD lab.

Also, as I said, demands were given to the people in the white vehicle at a point blank close range, yet they took a risk and drove away.

So basically, yeah, without giving any demands or anything, your friends were ramming Dubsta all the way from LSD lab, till the Bradox (left) lab. And yet, you rammed me with your hakuchou drag on the highway atleast 5 times (on the highway, I was BF 400 driver). I'll be waiting for the full video! Peace ^^

Was the Dubsta rammed by the same car before this incident here? Yes.

Were you slowing your speed down in the road in this incident here? Yes.

Was the bison driver who rammed was aiming at your bike? No, he was aiming to ram the black vehicle because it was ramming his friend.

It's clearly visible that you were rammed by a little corner of the vehicle so it was either desync which in this case it WAS as me and my friends saw you standing and not being injured even though you were or it's either an accident because you were slowing your bike down unexpectedly.

Here's your explanation once again. Hit by a corner, possible desync situation. This is a slow motion gif showing that his speed was dropping nearby the black vehicle which was ramming our friend so that is also a reason why he got rammed by an accident.

Upload the full video from your side, since the chasedown begun from the LSD, you will know that by yourself. Also, demands were given to them from a point blank close range and don't try to lie that they weren't (I'm actually saying this like 5th time already, yet you're still asking us the same question).

Are you serious?  Let's talk about poor RP. 2 Pistols and one AK-47 pointing at guys head. What would you do IRL? Probably panic and get out of your vehicle to comply and do anything to save your own life. What the guy did? Drove backwards even though he was told to get "OUT" of the vehicle. I'd rather say it's partly FearRP from ID 65 side then DM from ID 92 side.

ID 176 Efka_Tyson The white car was involved from the beginning. The car at first was driving slowly over the bridge towards us until we started aiming at them with the intention of stopping them. But instead of stopping they started accelerating towards us and at that point I felt that I and my friends were endangered and as a response to that, we started shooting at the engine of their car with the intent of stopping it in its tracks.

I'm ID 92, Fabrizio Barboza. As soon as I saw the white car coming towards us I thought they are definitely aiming to hit us, because we were involved in the shoot-out with their friends. I didn't wanted to get hit or even get killed so I decided to shoot at their car to stall the engine so they wouldn't have a chance of hitting me or my friends. It's clearly visible that only after the shoots they changed the direction they were going for. I believe that there was a risk to get killed and I felt that my life is in danger. I mean, I can say that it was just a reflex that anyone would have done to prevent getting hit by a car, as I didn't knew their intentions, because they were a part of group that we had a shoot-out with. About the white car, I will just quote myself that DEMANDS WERE GIVEN by player named Michael_Steelspire who was one of the monkeys member at that time. 

As I already said, the original author of this report PURPOSEDLY uploaded the shortened version of the video to make us look at fault here, even though they VDMed and DMed us in a driveway from LSD lab up to the left drug lab, so their own footage would have been used against themselves.
