If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. " How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 134 injured 118, 47, 60 and 1 . He looted us and took several handguns and AK, then got injured by our members. He asked his friends to take the AK but they couldn't, so He just logged off with all the loot because cops arrived too. As soon as cops pulled up my game crashed, and just kept getting chain crashes, so there was literally nothing I could have done. As for this whole situation, none of it would've happened if you didn't BREAK NLR BY COMING BACK TO LSD AFTER DYING THERE NOT EVEN 15 MINUTES AGO. We even have your cars in the video. We were at the scene with detective Jason Steel and 7 other players for about half an hour. You did not even log in once. As for NLR, I died today once and that was when Steel was taking me to hospital after this situation and I don't have my car here. If you have proof of someone breaking any rules, make another report. Also you VDMed us here and I will report it in a another report except you have proof that Seaweed is allied with Ballas. We were with the ballas for like three hours, and even if you weren't, telling people to get out of their cars and then shooting them with no indication of who you're talking to would probably lead to everybody thinking your talking to them. "Only hit people once" you ran someone then came back and immediately slammed into someone else standing in the exact same spot. Also, why did you use your vehicle to attack 3 people on two attempts where you circled back to attack the initial victims? Was there any roleplay prior to this that none of the footage shows or did you just run them down randomly? Finally, I find it very convenient that your game would crash just as cops arrived on scene. I assume you informed people OOCly to let the cops know your game crashed so that roleplay could resume once you had recovered? You have 24 hours to respond to these questions. There was still a few people I was with that were there, and I figured that radioing wouldn't put me in any more danger than I already was, especially as I had friends at the scene. For the ramming, They were threatening prior, and weren't actively aiming guns at me, so I decide to use my vehicle as a weapon, as I felt it would be the safest and most effective. I didn't hurt anybody with a car twice. I definitely get that the game crash sounds ridiculous, I don't know if there are crash logs or something I can get? Also I did inform a few of the people nearby that my game crashed, however I'm not sure if any of them went to tell the cops. Admittedly I stopped trying after like the fourth time trying to reconnect. It gets really frustrating when the game crashes over and over. After reviewing the evidence provided and reading the responses given, we have decided to conclude with the following: @swcole (ID 134) will receive a punishment for Non-RP for combat logging from an active roleplay scenario. Not enough effort was made to inform parties on the scene regarding your situation and there was no evidence provided to prove that to be true. Furthermore, you will also receive a punishment for Deathmatching as regardless of the roleplay reason (which is either non-existent or weak) you used your vehicle to run people over and then circled back to hit them and a 3rd person again.
