A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. You must give demands via text if used as a reason to attack as VOIP isn’t always heard. The act of killing a player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rules?: ID 54 comes out a property and starts shooting at us with a AK. There's no engagement in RP, just pure KOS. Msato Posted June 8, 2019 Report Share Posted June 8, 2019 Bruce Wong here, from my POV you can see me run round the corner as there are shots going off and instantly be shot in the chest 3 times before I even aimed. I'd also like to add that ID54 refused to respond to the attempt of my RP but it was under 30 seconds so I'll leave this to the admin. To provide a little backstory, we seen the contender outside. Got pins to pick it and bait the owner out the house to rob it, he exits AK in hands and just opens fire. DimitriS Posted June 8, 2019 Report Share Posted June 8, 2019 Hi there, and thanks for making the report! @Pistol Pete After reviewing the evidence and reading each response, we have decided to deny the report. ID 54 had valid reason to open fire on ID 68 as all he could see was a friend being held up at gunpoint. Once he had dropped ID 68, the man on the roof started shooting at ID 54 starting a gunfight. As well as that he saw an armed man dressed like them coming around the corner whilst speaking over the radio. That being so close to a situation like this is just self-explanatory No punishments shall be issued. Report denied and archived.
