An example of this would be using a vehicle to ram into a police officer simply because they are a police officer. Using a vehicle as a weapon should be your last resort. Vehicle Deathmatching is the most severe form of deathmatching.

• Non-Roleplay:

  Non-roleplay is a term used to describe unrealistic events or actions that hurt the roleplay experience of others or are unrealistic. A common example of this would be using a sport or super-car to ram other vehicles. This is considered non-roleplay because this is a very unrealistic action. Roleplay is meant to be as realistic as possible. Another example would be to spawn a vehicle from a farm as a farmer, only to use that vehicle to commit crimes and not use the vehicle for the actual job. 

How did the player break the rule(s)?

As I was injured,I was picked by my friend Marshall (ID68),there was a cop incoming on the scene so Marshall started running while he was carrying me on his shoulder,the police cruiser stopped but there was another vehicle who was chasing us with no reason-we actually never met before- and then rammed us which caused Marshall to fall down and get severely injured.

So after, ID5 +ID85 got us down,ID85 started frisking us without RPing it and starts taking stuff including a .50 Combat Pistol in front of the police officer which is unrealistic.

Hi, Kiara here. So I want to start of by saying I did have reason to be there. Casper Heart who is a friend told me at LSC his Mule had been stolen but he could still see it on his GPS with /showvehicles as the guy had ditched it. Just at that time a police officer was passing by so Casper told him too. So Casper jumped into my trophy truck and guided me there along with the police officers. Just as we arrived we saw one of them escaping on a motorbike so we chased him for a moment before he stopped and police took care of him. After that I returned back to the location where the Mule was with Casper and 1 other police officer when we heard shots back at the location where the guy was being detained so I went back with the police officer and found 1 police officer dead on the floor and those two guys escaping on foot. The police officer was also on foot and quite a bit behind so I decided to give them a light tap with my trophy truck so the police officer could arrest him. That's where the lies in his story come in. He says "rammed us which caused Marshall to fall down and get severely injured." In the video you can clearly see it was a tap not a ram and I didn't severely injure him I just knocked him over not down him so the officer could catch up and attempt an arrest. So I did have every reason to be there you can ask the police officers as witnesses from LSC as they were there was casper asked me. Casper is a mechanic at LSC and I hang out at LSC quite a lot so im good friends with the mechanics there so I help them out whenever I can. As for the NonRP I took his stuff as payment for my services in the end I am still RP'ing a criminal and gotta make some money. If he didn't cut the video to avoid the combat logging that he did you would see I even typed out something along the lines of "Im taking his stuff as compensation" and the officer clearly didnt seem to care or just didnt notice I took his stuff. To address his next reason for the report "started frisking us without RP'ing it" In his VOD at 3:32:06 you can clearly see his friend does the exact same thing to the police officer they downed taking a donut (yes I know you cant take weapons from officers but they clearly checked anyway not knowing this) why does he consider it NonRP for me to do it but not him and his friends, I would argue its not NonRP as so many people do this anyway as when someone is down there is nothing that could stop from taking their stuff and an /ame pops up anyway when you do it, on top of that if he had a problem with me not doing any /me's to search his body why didn't he say something at the time in /b or make a /report4, hell I even see police officers do this to me when they down me as there is nothing that could stop them from taking my stuff that's the whole reason an /ame is there in the first place. Plus funny how he clipped his video to not show the combat logging he got permabanned for at 3:35:00. To me this seems like him just trying to take down as many people as possible with him because he got permabanned. If you check my logs you can even see I always try to stick to a high standard of RP. This shows with the fact my admin logs are clean and have never been in trouble with an admin in my time on EclipseRP. This is the first report I have ever had against me and I would rather keep my logs clean and not have it end in my first punishment because someone wants to get a little back out of them getting perma'd. To me this is clearly a waste of time and no rules were broken on my part.

We will let the admins decide if it was a ram or VDM,and about my combat logging,I was there again in less than 3 minutes and checking a body's inventory in front of an officer is not a high standard of RP.

Why not ? Im not a law abiding citizen I'm a criminal. Why can't I RP taking your stuff as payment for helping out a friend get his truck back. Plus when I took the stuff the officer had his back turned anyway either that or me looting you was probably the least of his concerns considering you had and your friends had just killed one of his colleagues, I'm pretty sure the last thing he worried about was your stuff. But if you want to get technical about NonRP like I said why is it NonRP for me to just check your body and take your stuff without any /me's or /do's but when your friend did it to the officer at 3:32:06 and took his food you didn't seem to care and you did it again at 3:15:44. Hell if you want to get technical about it what about when your friend picked you up even though you were severely injured from a shotgun wound and just carried you without any /me's or /do's even though carrying you with a shotgun wound without bandaging it or anything first would realistically cause more damage to you. See this is just you trying to take down others with you because you got permabanned for combat logging. Instead of wasting time with this why not just man up put in a ban appeal and move on. There clearly was no VDM here or NonRP. And if there really was NonRP for looting your body then your admitting that your friend broke that too. This is clearly just you trying to get back at me and casper because we reported you for combat logging.

Ok so I have a third thing to add. Just found out that you can't report if you are banned, this guy is currently banned by Musket and even this guy even cancelled his ban appeal because he knows he did wrong so this is clearly him trying to get back at me and casper. In the requirements it clearly states " We do not accept reports from banned members of the community or those who do not have an accessible in-game account."

Hello, This is Casper Heart -ID 5. I didn't take anything from your body in that clip. As you can see from above my head, I went through your inventory 3 times and immediately went out as I was walking away. Second, you guys shot, killed and stole from a NEW PLAYER. I went to retrieve back what you had stolen off him. You made him lose 20k and hurt my business. (03:00:42) 

During the incident, you instantly closed GTA and started laughing about it. due to this, the police officers stated that you had "passed away", but in reality, you ragequit. Due to this, the altercation of the outcome changed. Kiarra and I had to call the police back to continue the scenario and due to this, you were able to get away from killing the police officer when you should've been arrested for the murder.- playing the victim in the crime you committed. 

The ONLY reason to why you logged back in was because of the comment in your twitch chat. You had no intentions of coming back into the game to continue the RP. 

 

There was no VDM in regards to what went down, The police officers escorted us to my Mule and that's when I saw one of your friends on his motorcycle driving away from the area. He was then put in cuffs and questioned by an officer. Both you and your friend ended up showing up to the scene as your friend was in cuffs. It was clear to me that he had /PM'd your friend of his location and what was going down which is also against the rules. At this point, we arrived back on the scene after the police officer said something is going down. When we arrived at the scene, that's why I saw you running with your buddy on your shoulder. The officer saw your buddy with a pistol in his hands and an officer down next to him. I then realized that the officer either was not paying attention, or he was having issues getting his weapon out. At this point, I told Kiarra to hit you and immobilize you. We immediately got out of the car to assist the police officer in the case. 03:32:00 in the clip.

 

 

-Way to make your story one-sided. Next time include that you guys robbed and killed a new player, metagame'd and ragequit in the middle of a situation. 

While we're at it, I'd like to also include your lack of FearRP at 04:16: 36. You also jumped in his car as he had a weapon on you earlier in that clip. After Andre (ID 10) killed you, he joined your twitch chat. You then told him to come back and pick you up and to forget about the situation because you have nobody to play with or else you're just going to go play league of legends instead.
