seth
Player(s) being reported: ID 111 Date of interaction reported: 6/6/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1559839331 Your characters name: Thaddeus Peutershmidt Other player(s) involved: ID(s) 115, 97, 5, 96 Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. You must give demands via text if used as a reason to attack as VOIP isn’t always heard. Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. The act of killing a player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? I've provided three interactions with 111. One near the money HQ job, one on the highway around Paul's farm and the third being the NRP. In the first two clips we have a some sort of close call with 111 and as you can see it wasn't so lucky in the second clip. In all fairness I was trying to rate someones RP that I had a prior encounter with, but I know he saw us and would love to see his point of view. We follow both of these encounters into the third clip where you can clearly see him try to hit us for a SECOND time, making this his third close call with us. Despite being in the terrible car accident involving a flip as you can see, he decides to shrug it off and sustains no injuries. He seems to think there is no issue whatsoever and proceeds to rob us. Also seems like two VDM accounts to me with the second clip of him actually hitting us, and the attempted ram in the third clip. Evidence of rule breach: First encounter Second encounter Third encounter Edited June 6, 2019 by seth Adding VDM

zonda
First video was nothing. in the second video i was looking to my inventori and i didnt see them. i think its not ok to stop a bike in a highway irl. in the 3rd video they were on the hills and i was down from them i paniked when i saw them and crashed to the bridge. and my car is kinda sport car and its safe so my character was alive and not injured. this wouldnt happen if had bifta or warrener and i think that was not nonrp

Do you have your POV for the second and third encounters? Because two may have been a simple accident and instead of arguing you could have said you were simply in your glove box or anything of that nature. Also you're probably the first and only person I've ever seen come into that sea lab bridge that fast and that sharp. A POV would make it much easier to defuse both scenarios. Aldari
@zonda In the third video why did you make no attempt to swerve right? From the video it seems you kept a straight trajectory to try and hit them from the bike, missed and that is why you ultimately crashed. You made no attempt to follow the road and it seems your intentions were to hit them.

Aldari
But immediately afterwards you are hostile and point a gun at them, so it appears you did have hostile intentions and were attempting to ram them, not only that but you slightly adjusted your car to their trajectory. I am going to conclude this report with the following: ID111/Mason_Clark | Punishment for vehicle deathmatching. Thaddeus_Peutershmidt | A warning for mixing IC & OOC Ariana_Young | A warning for mixing IC & OOC. To summarise: Mason Clark, in one of these videos you hit the players of their bikes which does not appear to be intentional and the players here seem to give you the benefit of the doubt, until later on in the third video you attempt to ram them once again. You made no attempt to swerve out of their way and it seems very clear you tried to ram them off the bike, with that being said I am going to reduce the punishment from a ban to a warning, as there was no loss to either party or immediate re-attempt. As for the mixing IC & OOC warnings, these will be issued because the two players are communicating via OOC means things that are IC. Saying things such as "are you okay" in OOC when the injury occurred IC'ly or "is that him" is IC information and should remain IC for other players to hear.
