Specific rule(s) broken:
14. Deathmatch (DM)

  • Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason.

  • Examples of valid reasons to attack another player:

• If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property.

• If they report you to the police for a serious crime.

• If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules.

  • A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

I had just been at the altruist lab up north doing some business. As I back out of the compound, the black car in question drives in. I drive a bit ahead and see the black car starting to chase me. I see in chat that he shouts for me to pull over, but we were both in speeding cars, the black car 5-10 meters behind me, so I ignored it as I would not be able to hear that normally. The car starts chasing me, and I try to evade. After a chase where we bump cars, my car crashes over the crash barrier in the middle of the highway and my car rolls down in between the lanes and underneath the bridge (this is near The farm in Sandy Shores). I get out of my car and run away and hide, successfully. This is where the video starts, since my shadowplay only goes back 10 minutes. I call a colleague at DCC to get a ride, while hiding in the bush. When I get in the cab, I direct my friend towards my car, which he flips over and it is still functioning. We split ways and I make my way up onto the highway again. Shortly before passing the prison, ID26 overtakes me, having for some reason waited somewhere, and the chase resumes. After passing the prison, my car is pushed over and stopped on the crash barriers, I get out just as ID26 get out of his car, and he shoots me immidiately before I can pull out my own weapon. I am robbed and carried to the side of the road. My cab friend comes towards us but he is threatened to leave and he complies. ID26 says he is "the gun of the law" and that I am running drugs in a blista compact (he doesn't know for sure that I have any drugs). I say what he's doing is bullshit, and he shoots me dead (I am not sure why my own voice is not recorded, which is why I am writing it here).
So ID26 starts hunting me for no real reason, crashing me off the road, waiting for me somewhere to resume the chase, crash me again and first injure me and then kill me and rob me without any form of reason or evidence.
