ID 114, 206 (NRP 9.1, DM 14.1)

Recommended Posts

Player(s) being reported: 114, 206
Date of interaction reported: 5/6/2019
Unix time stamp from HUD: 1559766663

Your characters name: Tyrone Briges

Other player(s) involved: 78

Specific rule(s) broken:

9. Non-Roleplay (NRP)

  • Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.

14. Deathmatch (DM)

  • Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

The whole encounter can be seen in the video. I had delivered a client to the foundry and as i was driving out a car blocked off my cab. At first i assumed it was just someone trying to get into the foundry so i tried to give them some room, but they kept blocking me. The moment they said stop the car was when i started to drive away - As by all rules i had no reason to fear for my life as i had a clean escape behind me and my car was on and not stalled. While trying to escape them the motorcycle driver (ID 206) kept trying to block my cab.

Therefore i would like to report ID 206 for NRP - it is completely unrealistic to try to block a car with a bike, which make his actions unrealistic.

Also i did hit the bike but i tried slowing down to avoid hitting him, but he was just trying to stay in my way - Again, no one would try to cut a car off with a bike. I did not mean to hit the bike as you can see in the video i tried breaking, but ended up cliping the back of the bike and knocking 206 on the ground.

In the end of video 1 and start of video 2, it can be seen that ID 114 is yelling from a moving car ordering me to stop (as this has been explained in countless reports, that shouting demands from a moving car is NRP and can be ignored. After the countdown, in the 2nd video it can be seen that ID 114 opens fire on me. As the demands yelled from car to car can be ignored and is considered poor RP, i will be reporting ID 114 for NRP - yelling demands from a car is considered exactly that, NRP AND DM - as the demands made from one moving vehicle to another can be ignored, this did not give ID 114 the right to open fire at me.

I am leaving ID 78 out of this reports as at no time did he appear to have broken any rules, but is being mentioned as he is involved.
Evidence of rule breach:

video 1 - timestamped

video 2

Note on the radio usage in both videos, it does not capture my mic for some reason, but as the only things i said over the radio were "danger near foundry" and "heading towards impound" . None of my words were aimed towards my attackers and no words were said from me to them in the entire exchange.

P.S. Video quality might be poorer as it is still processing in the background

I am id 114. First of all it is illogical for any man that is blocked from thr front and behind and witha gun 1 meter away from his head to start driving away. Moreover i shouted multiple times while my car was nect to yours that i would shoot if you did not stop the car. In real life ant person would have stopped but not you ofcourse. Moreover the ramming of the bike was purely intentional as you stopped your car as for the bike that was close to you to hit you and crash. About the dm complaint i took action as you were not responding to my shouts and you rammed my friend and knocked him down of his bike. That was a completly normal rp situation and i think this report is ridiculous

REPORT DENIED

Thank you again for making a player report.

After reviewing evidence. We have decided to deny the report for the following reasons:

  • The scenarios are fine from an OOC standpoint. No rule breaches are witnessed.
  • Your evidence is deemed as tampered as your microphone is not being heard. We need to see and hear all parties involved for the evidence to be valid.

This decision is final. Unless instructed too, if you post another report pertaining to this incident you shall recieve forum warning points and a mute from posting on the forums.
Not happy with the outcome, Or got questions?  Post a forum private message towards the admin handling this case to talk about it a bit further.

Regards,
Rodiz
