Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was arresting Tony_Park, after I've RP'ed jumping on him, he did /do failure and then he corrected himself in /b by saying that I would of succeed, as I was RP'ly on top of him, I'd roleplayed pulling out a pair of handcuffs and attempting to cuff the man and after I've asked him for an outcome of my RP action - he just jumped on his friends bike and flee. As this is 1 of you're staff members its highly concerning that @boonkgang Does not post the full story of the situation because this forms a twisted view of the matter. and gives me the presumption he only wants to get his way a few weeks back (Not sure about the exact date) i got arrested @ bank because i was carrying an unconcealed gun without the proper license. an admin came in and we talked about concealed carry rping it out.. And he asked me to send prove to him on discord if i had any. since that day every time i equip a gun i make sure i have a screenshot of me concealing my gun. So i am chilling at bank Officer 6489 walks up to me and asks me for my id. so i ask him what for. in which he responds for the gun you are carrying i tell him oocly that im carrying the gun concealed IC i tell him that by law he has no right to ask me for my id with out probable cause From that point he wants to arrest me for failure to ID which isnt even a thing if there is no suspicion of illegal activity of the suspect. Basically powergaming me into an arrest Because i wouldn't show my id since he has no reason for it. quiet frankly this happens alot with pd officers arguments like " I am the law " yes or no games forcing you into an arrest at the end of it. I will request from @Boonkgang to provide the full video from start to end since my plays.tv was running in reverse. i will also check if any of the bystanders had there cams rolling. Also i would like to request from an admin to check the logs about the oocly concealed carry notification.. About the power gaming of him rping he was on me i forgot about it because i teleported into the car and @Boonkgang got mad about that.. when the opportunity to bale presented itself i took it ID 27 pmd me about him rping being on my back and than i returned to the bank only to find out officer 6489 code-0 to talk on discord.. it got me thinking how is it not possible to RP hiding you're gun but is it possible rping jumping on someone's back. Asking for your ID is an IC issue, if you have any problem with it, please make an IA report. Jumping on your back has nothing to do with powergaming, especially when I'm running behind you and you get tazed. 50% of The community Rp's concealing there gun alot of you're officers and admins also approve of the method you tazing me and chasing me is an IC issue since you had no right to arrest me in the first place hence no reason to taze or jump me, so if you would have known your laws as an officer the whole situation would have been evaded, i dont feel like spending another hour or 2 in jail cause you dont know the rules of the job you are practicing icly wasting my time oocly. I won't reply to this thread unless an admin taking this report will ask me to do so. I would like to remind you one more time about inventory system. In my opinion you should have paused there and asked for evidence off it @Boonkgang and then if he didn't have any let the situation unravel. Anyways, moving on you tried to flee which was fine and you got tased while getting into a car which made you teleport in due to the script, at this point you were standing outside and attempted to jump on you to detain you. You done /do failure as you were teleported which is powergaming. In this situation you should have got out of the car and continued RP from when John was jumping on you.
