Osva Silver
Player(s) being reported: ID 104, ID 2, ID 105. Date of interaction reported: 06/03/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1559580344 Your characters name: Nero Silver Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: 11. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. How did the player break the rule(s)? 3 inmates at the bolingbroke jail powergamed hearing me droping my pistol in to the toilet while being in the first floor, opposite side from me and talking all the time while I was hiding the pistol. Those 3 players went directly in to the cell where I hid my gun. Evidence of rule breach: https://imgur.com/a/MdXwYsZ
Trewen
Hello, thanks for your report. So for the first we could hear that you DROPPED the pistol. You just dropped it, you didn't put it slowly or something like that. You just dropped it, dropping it made a sound that we can hear. There is no evidence that I was far away from you so you can't say that I couldnt't hear the sound. Few seconds after I came to that side where I heard the sound. My plan was to check cells, under beds and toilets or other places where it could be hidden. Then other guy ran straight into that cell where you dropped SNS pistol, took it and shot you. MrSilky
Hi there, and thanks for this report, Just as a minor correction, this looks like a case of metagaming, not power gaming as the reported parties are suspects of using the chat box to read roleplay their characters would not have seen ICly. Furthermore, the argument about the gun making the sound is invalid. Scriptly there is no sound when dropping an item and there was no RP to suggest a sound being made. The reporting party didn't roleplay a sound (and didn't have to) but for the reported parties to interact with the RP you should have done a simple /do "would the gun have made a sound as it was dropped?". @Osva Silver @Trewen do either of you have any video evidence regarding this report so the gaps in the screenshot can be addressed? Kind regards, MrSIlky.

MrSilky
Thank you for your response @Osva Silver ID 104 (Jeffery_Smith) @XelaXD, ID 105 (Traywon_Richardson) @Trewen and ID 2 (Radislav_Perdunov) (will be notified in-game) - How did you ICly know about the weapon existing, let alone the location of said weapon? As I mentioned above, scriptly there is no sound made when dropping a weapon and no sound was made RPly. Do either of you three have any video pertaining to this situation? All three have 24 hours to respond with their version of events and how their characters had this knowledge ICly. Kind Regards, MrSilky.

I knew that he has a gun because for the first he was aiming at us all and said don't come closer or he will shoot. So ID 104 ignored that warning and he got shot, then the guy who had the weapon ran somewhere to hide it.

I ran "somewhere to hide it", yet, all of you knew where that "somewhere" was and went directly in to the cell where the pistol was hidden without even checking the other ones. XposeD
Hi there and thanks for making this report. After looking at the evidence and discussing it amongst the staff team we have decided to deny this report due to lack of evidence. ID 104 (Jeffery_Smith) @XelaXD, ID 105 (Traywon_Richardson) @Trewen and ID 2 (Radislav_Perdunov) in future, make sure to roleplay with the RP you see to make sure you can RPly interact with the actions. Report denied and archived. Kind Regards XposeD and MrSilky Locked & Archived
