KrismeisterSG
Player(s) being reported: ID 47 Date of interaction reported: 02/06/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1559498017 Your characters name: Patrick Ferrera Other player(s) involved: ID 126 Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples, where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples, where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a vehicle which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? During my patrol I see one BF 400 passing the intersection, speeding and doing wheelies so I turn my sirens on and proceed to stop him. He stops at the bank, claiming that he didn't do anything of what I told him. He decides to take off, so I start the pursuit. We go offroad so I follow him as best as I could with my cruiser without doing his same jumps. I lose sight after a while so I scout the area for a bit, managing to find him again. I approach him and we can clearly see that his engine stalled, he probably hit something really solid, so I step out of my cruiser and point a weapon at him. During the whole time, where I'm giving him the demand of stepping off the bike he was trying to turn the bike on, unfortunately I think I was too close so you couldn't see the /ame or just doesn't come up when he tries to turn on the engine. After multiple times of me ordering him to step off his bike he takes off, completely breaching the FearRP rule. alexalex303
Thank you for the report @KrismeisterSG! James_Fielding (ID 47) @Fielding27 will be receiving NonRP #2 for a blatant disregard of the FearRP rule. When having a gun aimed at you at close range, and your motor vehicle's engine is off, your only option is to comply, or hope that they will be distracted by something else. Turning your engine on at gunpoint is unrealistic, as you would've been shot by the time your vehicle would start moving. Sincerely, alexalex303 and @punched.
