Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. You must give demands via text if used as a reason to attack as VOIP isn’t always heard. Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. The act of killing a player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? Before this incident I personally witnessed these men kill one of my gang members. I had 0 interaction with them during this incident as I drove past as they shot him with an AK. Later on was this incident, we decided to follow them. There was 0 interaction with me and I got gunned down immediately from ID 180 who has a fantastic aiming ability! To explain the situation in short, before the chasedown began, a guy from his gang (aka Triads) shot me in the head with Pistol 0.5 who had absolutely identical outfit as his. Of course, this is my fault for shooting him and knocking him down at that time when he didn't even aimed a gun at me and it's at my false. In other hand, I will surely open another report where they drive over people, uses Non-RP driving to drive in to the hills with such vehicles as Shafter V12 or Comet Retro and shoots us without a warning aswell. Even in his evidence of rule breach, it's obviously seen for him to drive in to the hill with a Comet Retro which I assume is not an off-road vehicle. Sincerely - Nero Silver. BigDaddySco Posted June 2, 2019 Report Share Posted June 2, 2019 (edited) The reason you were chased is because you stole a motorcycle belonging to a gang member and you were robbing at the lighthouse lab. You drove away when a gun was pointed right at your head which breaks fear RP. You then killed another one of our members up the hill for no reason then opened fire with the AK killing another two members from a good distance away again with incredibly accuracy and quickness. Our cars drove up a small hill that wasn't too steep or bumpy and we took the most flat approach. I don't see how that is breaking any RP rule. EDIT: Take this back, it was the incident I was thinking of and it was you before the hill incident that drove off with a gun pointed at your head. A .50 was pointed literally in your face when you drove off. So I guess at this situation everyone is equal. After reviewing the evidence and all of your replies we are ready to conclude this. Player ID 180 Nero_Silver @Osva Silver will be punished for Deathmatch | Offence #1. In the given evidence, Brian Walky and other Triad members followed you and your friend towards the hill for IC reason. At the end, Nero_Silver stopped, hopped off his bike and started shooting at Brian_Walky without any demands or IC reason. If someone is following you, it doesn't give you a reason to shoot him. Please keep in mind that you need to have a really good IC reason and give demands before you start to engage. We do not take deathmatching light and second offence will grand you a permaban. Driving over the hills with a sports car is not against the rules if you are driving slowly and not stunt jumping around with high speeds. In the video we failed to see anything that would count as Non RP. I know you said you got robbed by someone with the same outfit, but you can't just go round shooting at people that are dressed the same, identify your targets and be less trigger happy.
